You should make this meditation sit down to contact Gaia directly by your feet. Breath deeply three times.

From the plant of your feet, small, lightened roots leave and penetrate the soil of Gaia.

It does not matter the height you are from the actual soil of Gaia. Now see yourself with your 2 feet on Gaia ground. Your roots continue going down, attracted by your Earth’s Star Chakra and to the planet’s heart. Your roots touch the big and illuminated heart of Gaia.

Now Gaia starts returning to you all the love it feels for each one. This energy goes up and up until it reaches your feet, rising through your legs, getting to your upper body, arms, neck, and head. You feel filled up with the energy of Gaia.

At the height of Gaia soil, a small Violet Flame appears. Breathe profoundly. Note that the Flame has grown. Breathe profoundly again. The Flame begins to touch your body. Once more. It fills up almost all your upper body. Breathe again. A huge Violet Flame involves all your body, from foot to head.

The energy of Gaia that was inside your body turns Violet, and an immense turmoil begins at the center of your body, a tremendous hurricane of Light inside your body. Give in to this hurricane.

If you feel flowing, spinning, don’t worry. Surrender to the moment. Let this hurricane of Violet Light inside and at the center of your body. It does not matter if you will see things leaving from inside. I guarantee that they will.

The hurricane goes on and on. Now it begins slowly losing speed—those who were flying with the hurricane return to where they were. So put your minds and hearts at ease.

Now the Violet Light emanates small illuminated particles as if they were small pieces of gold that shine inside you. These golden particles fill out all this Violet Flame. They shine so intensely, and the shine is so bright that it extends beyond your body; it is as if your body had no limits.

Feel the strength of these golden particles. Now they begin disappearing, leaving only the Violet Flame. Breathe profoundly. The intensity of Flame decreases gradually, but the Light within your body remains Violet. The Violet Light takes all that it was removed from your body and soul, which prevented you from living the Unconditional Love. That Light goes down. It goes through your legs and penetrates the soil of Gaia, where it will transmute. Breathe profoundly. Feel how it is to be clean and ready to live the Unconditional Love. Stay in this feeling for as long as you wish and then open your eyes and return to your consciousness.
