Dear ones! I AM THE ARCHANGEL MIGUEL!
Being present, at any moment in your life, is not just about sitting and listening. I could say that this is the first step. But it’s about being totally involved in that moment, in that instant.
Many of you today live an extremely stressful routine, caused by your jobs, and by the forms created by this whole network to take you further and further out of balance. Feeding those in charge financially and taking away the health and balance of each one of you.
Today, your doctors still know nothing about how your bodies work. They know the physiological part; I won’t take the credit away from them either. There has been a lot of progress in their medicine. Are there still deaths from disease? There are. But they are provoked much more by the sufferer’s own journey than by the force of the disease.
There are “n” ways for you to be ill. The great secret in treating any being in the universe is always to bring balance. It’s always about tipping the scales in the middle. I understand that this isn’t easy, not in your world.
So, what you can do is just try to find ways to minimize the impacts, minimize the results on your bodies, of all this that you experience. You run to get around, you run to work, you run while you’re working, and it’s all the same when you get home when you’re rushing around doing chores and everything is done at a faster speed than allowed. The infraction is constant.
How can this be resolved? How do you get off this living wheel that is imposed on you? I’d say there are many ways, but the vast majority of you will tell me: “No, it’s not that simple, it’s complex. We don’t have time to do it’’. So that’s actually the big excuse. “I don’t have time.” And what is time?
You observe time through the hands of the clock. But what is time? It’s something that comes and goes every second. So it’s not something visible, it’s not something that can be touched, and it’s not something that can be changed. It’s gone, it’s gone. It’s not coming back, It’s just moving forward. What if you imagined that this time didn’t actually exist? There’s what you’re doing right there, right now, in the present tense.
So I would say that the first rule, so that you can get out of this…, get out of these psychological problems that you have today, is to try…, you see, to try; to do one thing at a time. But do it by being there. I’ll tell you: you have anxiety because you need to resolve something further down the line. It’s still going to happen. What are you trying to do? Change the time of time.
You want what’s scheduled to happen on time to happen already; you’re either worried about how it’s going to happen, or you’re worried about how it’s going to affect you. So you’re living in a time that isn’t the present. You’re up ahead. So, what happens to time itself? It quickly pulls you into the present moment, because that’s where you’re living.
So these comings and goings cause anxiety; they cause a lot of other problems that you have. So, I repeat, the first step is to live one thing at a time. Don’t try to change the time of time; it is what it is. Trying to go into the future to speed something up is no use because you’re living in the present moment. You create your own imbalance by going into the future and quickly being pulled back out. This is not good for your body.
It’s like you’re stretching yourself; you’re here stretching yourself to a point in the future. How much are you stretching? How many times a day do you stretch? But that stretch doesn’t stay, you come back; like a big rubber band. And the force with which you return brings imbalance. So why live this time in the future? Why try to change the time of time?
What I’m saying sounds funny, but it’s not. It’s what you do all the time. You want to speed up time that isn’t being sped up. You can’t speed up time, you can’t make it go faster, so why look and stretch for a time ahead? Wait for it to happen. Wait for the moment to arrive at that time in the future.
Second rule: by imagining the future, by putting yourself out there, you take away the power of the Universe. Why? Because you’re not giving the Universe a chance to do what it has to do on time. You’re going out there stretching yourself to see what’s going to happen, to imagine, to create, and everything that the universe is actually creating, during this lapse of time, you’re changing, because you’re generating something there, at that point. Don’t change the time of the time.
Live in the present moment. Whenever you’re anxious about something, remember the figure of you stretching out to get there, and coming back quickly. And it’s this snap that throws your body off balance. They’re not meant to be jostled around all the time with those rubber bands. It hurts. So what’s the point? Why live something ahead?
Give the Universe a chance to do its job. Don’t create anything that you don’t know what it will be like. It may be so different from what you’re imagining, but you’ve already burned that, you’ve already broken the whole process, because you’ve already been there, in that time, of time. Trying to see what it will be like; messing up the whole Universe.
So living in the present moment is living in the present moment. It’s not trying to go one minute further, because the minute has already passed. It passes, time passes, and the long-awaited moment will come, or the moment of concern, or whatever it is, it will come. the long-awaited moment or the moment of concern, whatever it is, it will come. What’s worse, it might not even arrive. Because what you created there, stretching all the way into the future, was something created by your mind. It wasn’t foreseen in the Universe. You created it and then you went and put what you created into the future.
So what? What happens? That wasn’t planned. You’ve created in your mind, you’ve fantasized about a situation. What happens? You’ve created in your mind, you’ve fantasized about a situation. What happens? Let’s say here that the Universe is a being. It’s obvious that it isn’t, but let’s take this example. He is a being; and he has his picks, his choices, all defined, on a list on a piece of paper. So he knows exactly what’s going to happen at every moment of time.
Then you go and create situations, you create a lot of things and you go into the future, stretch yourself out, and whisper in the future’s ear: “Look, I’m thinking it!” What happens to the Universe? It runs at that point, but that wasn’t foreseen. And now, what do I do with it? It’s like something hot in the hands of the Universe to solve because you created it. You created it. And let’s remember:
Everything you think, you create; it’s an energy, not something that comes and goes without any consequences. I wish it were. What you have created, the problematic, dramatic, complicated situation that you have created, has become an energy, and where is the Universe going to put this energy? Because it wasn’t planned. What happens is that he makes his moves and puts that energy somewhere, messing up your whole list.
Look at you writing a very well-written notebook, each line on top of the other, and then suddenly, between one line and the next, you start writing a bunch of little letters because you’ve forgotten a word. That’s what the Universe does. It takes those things you’ve imagined and starts putting them between the lines because it has to fit them in somewhere. What happens with that? Your future gets all messed up. The time beyond the present, which you call the future, gets all messed up.
Do you understand why things often happen a bit strangely? “Hey, I didn’t understand why that happened?” Well, at some point on your journey back there, you created this, kind of weird, kind of nonsensical, kind of…, why happen? You’re just harvesting; harvesting the point that the Universe has managed to stick in the middle of those lines.
So why mess up your own future? Why make things worse with the things you’re creating? Then I would say something, which is a feeling we all have, you like to suffer. You like going through problems. “Oh, I’m miserable. I’ve got a million problems.” And carries it around like a trophy. “I’m capable of carrying a lot of problems”. Poor you. A huge ego. A huge rucksack on the back, almost dragging himself, herself on the ground with so much weight, but he’s she’s victorious because he’s, she’s carrying it all. A beautiful way to live.
So, my brothers and sisters, there is no miracle. What’s more, there’s no medicine that can fix it. I’d say that the medicine minimizes the return of the elastic, that jab it gives when it comes back, that’s all. Nothing more. Because all the complications you’ve created are going to happen. Every thought. You often don’t realize this, that every thought you have becomes an energy. And if it’s repetitive, this energy groups together with the same ones, forming egregores around yourself. And then you complain that things don’t happen. Why is that?
So let’s avoid, and stretch into the future. Let’s go to live in the present, doing one thing at a time, doing what is asked of us today, which is not very much. And when you’re doing a task, focus on that task, and forget about the others, because the rest will happen at the right time. You’ll live one by one.
Now you can’t be lazy, because otherwise the tasks get mixed up. And what is slacking off, is doing one task while thinking about another. So the one you’re doing isn’t fulfilled, because you’re doing another one. Then things get messy. Then the Universe starts to get in the way. And then everything falls apart.
So be present in everything you do. Keep this rubber band in your mind, this stretch that you make into the future; and feel the pain when it comes back. So don’t forget this phrase. Don’t change the time of the time. Because time has everything programmed, so don’t change it.
