My brothers and sisters, learn to look back and not judge your stories. Each one of us, every living being in the universe, has passed through the Third Dimension. The lessons were not pretty. Nowhere is it. Many have had very difficult stories; others not so much, but the lessons have always been there.

So, what is important for each of you is to look back with affection, with Love, not with judgment; never with judgment. When you are close to ascension, you will have a moment to reflect on everything that was your soul story. Not to suffer, not to judge, not to criticize. Only to applaud.

And why applaud? Because you will see how much you have evolved; how much more human you have become. Forget everything you’re going through today. You’ll look at the past and say: “Wow, how I’ve improved!” Then it will be a moment of welcoming all those energies that have been generated throughout your existence on the planet and that have led you to where you are today.

There has been an evolution. You have become better beings. Because those of you who haven’t achieved this are already aware of who you are. You don’t need to look back. They repeat the same things to this day. You have no love for anything. You have no respect for anything. But you? Then be proud of the soul that you are.

Oh, Are you still going through difficult times? You have to. For those energies to be released, transmuted, closed. We all have a history. We all go through difficult times, until we reach full evolution, the Fifth Dimension.

I speak as a being who is in a dimension where you will be. I’m not in a higher dimension. I’m in the Fifth Dimension. So everything I’m saying is completely plausible, because I’ve been through it. All of us who are here today have been through it.

And once you know, it’s as if a box is opened, you rummage through it, you become aware of everything inside and you close it. It will no longer be remembered, because there will be no time. The memories will be different, they will be new. They will be the memories of the time…, of this current time, which you are preparing for evolution. These will be good memories that will be worth recounting in many conversations, but not the past.

That cruel and horrendous past that you had will remain in that box, stored in a place that you will forget where you stored it. And you’ll never remember it again. Because they were difficult times that don’t deserve to be remembered.

So be sure: you are not the worst beings in the universe. Don’t put yourselves in that position. All the evil that prevails on your planet today…; yes, each of you has had your share of the blame for fomenting this evil, but no one is being judged here. You need to change your vibration. Become loving beings and nothing else. Without judgment, bury it all.

But I’m going to raise the tone a little, I’m feeling melodramatic. No, I’m not writing a soap opera. And as many people are starting to say, they like my jokes. So here we go! This week we decided to invent a recipe. Unfortunately, I have to tell you that it was a disaster. No, it didn’t burn. It exploded.

No, nobody was hurt. It was a small explosion. Yeah, because we’re trying to adapt what we have here in the Fifth Dimension with some products that come from Earth. And it didn’t work at all. I don’t think we should do this kind of experiment anymore, because it didn’t work.

Our cooks were extremely worried, but everyone is fine. Don’t worry about it. It’s a quantum explosion. It’s not an explosion that hurts. Only the molecules didn’t do very well. But we’ll keep trying to put together something interesting.

Ah! And to your delight, I’ve set aside a part of our ship for growing plants. We’re growing some flowers, some plants, some food; and we’re amazed. With all the profusion of species on this planet. It’s all very beautiful.

On our planet, in the Pleiades, we have lots of vegetables, yes, but very different from yours. Because in the Fifth Dimension, vegetables grow in a different way, intensely, they become immense. And here there is a delicacy, a particular beauty. The flowers; we spend hours watching a rose open. We’re amazed. We certainly are. Because it’s so delicate.

We had already lost that delicate way of seeing. Because, as I said, it’s all very big. We’re used to it, even because of our size. But here everything is very small, very delicate. We almost have to be careful with our fingers, because they’re too big to touch the roses. But we’ve learned how to do it and we’re very happy about it.

But don’t worry, you’ll be eating food from your world, because we’ve learned how to make it. We won’t be showing off our achievements and discoveries. I don’t think so. We might come up with something interesting by the time you visit.
