Dear brothers and sisters of planet Earth! I AM ARCHANGEL RAPHAEL!

Many of you know me as the Archangel of Healing, for I am part of the Green Ray, together with Hilarion. We work in this ray. But it is important that you do not place the healing in our hands. We are not the ones who heal you. It is you yourselves.

I won’t deny that we lend a hand, help out, improve frequencies, raise cell vibrations, but we don’t work alone. You have to do your part.

Healing comes from balance. Healing comes from peace and serenity. Being a serene, peaceful, loving, positive person will only bring balance to your body. And any illness you may have becomes stagnant, as if it were dormant. And if the dormancy period is long, it goes away, because it is not being fed, it is not being maintained. So, little by little, it goes away; healing happens.

But understand, the action has to come from you. Don’t expect miracles from us. We don’t perform miracles. And this is a concept that is very important for you to learn: no saint performs miracles. No one performs miracles. The miracle happens because you surrender to it. The belief is so great, the belief is so deep, that you achieve the energy necessary for healing.

Healing does not come from outside. Healing does not come from a saint. Healing does not come from any being. As I said: we do our part; we raise the vibrations. Yes, absolutely, we and all the saints, all beings who care for healing. But it is you who heal.

You need to find the stage of perfect balance, where nothing throws you off balance. Everything remains in evolution, in progress; without expectations, without worries, just living in the present moment, always believing that what you do now will reverberate in the future.

So, if you are radiating balance, be sure that you will receive balance in return. Anything that disrupts this balance interrupts the healing process. You need to be aware that you have the power to change everything. You have the power to heal everything.

There are some plants that you usually have at home to absorb negative energies. And when they dry up, you know that there was a very large load there; and that the plant absorbed it. And it dies, it dries up. This is not history, this is not fiction. Some plants have this ability to clean the environment.

Now, why did she die? Because there was an emanation of a very low vibration energy charge, and she absorbed that energy. And that energy was capable of killing it. So how can you say you have no power? Answer me. If you have the power to kill a plant, how can you say you have no power? You do have power.

So have the power to love yourselves. This must be the greatest goal of the power you have: to love yourselves. Because when you radiate love to yourself, the vibration is so high, so wonderful, that cells that were almost dead come back to life. It’s as if they had been given an injection of energy and they start working properly again.

Similarly, when you do not love yourself, you diminish yourself, you criticize yourself, you demand too much of yourself, you judge yourself; with each of these actions, the cell receives this negative emanation. Because it doesn’t just go out, it comes out of you. So you are the first to receive it, the moment it is emanated. And each cell, upon receiving this negative emanation, withers, deteriorates, and becomes unbalanced. And if there is a tendency for disease, it will appear; strong and impactful.

You have power. So use this power to your advantage. Love yourselves. Love your bodies. Don’t complain about them. Every complaint you make about your body causes one or more cells to wither away. So I ask you: Do you try hard? Do you do your job well? You put love into it, and then someone comes along and tells you that everything is wrong, that you can’t do anything right, that it’s no good. How do you feel?

Devastated, right? Sad, disappointed. So are your cells. They are there working all the time, trying to keep the power running, trying to keep the machines running, putting oil in, putting water in, so that the machine works. And then you say, “Oh, this isn’t good.”

The cell becomes disappointed. And it becomes sad. And it becomes depressed, and stops doing its job. And then all that balance is gone, and diseases appear. But who was to blame? The cell? No. It was you. You started the process. Similarly, when you intoxicate your bodies, you exceed what they can handle, you exceed drugs, you exceed alcohol, you exceed sweets, everything throws the body off balance, because it is excess.

Cells are designed to work in balance. Can you eat candy? Yes, you can. In moderation. Because your cells will know how to take that candy, that sugar, and throw it away. But if you start eating too much, there won’t be any room to store it. And then it starts to accumulate in another corner, because there is too much of it, it cannot metabolize it; so it accumulates for who knows when one day it will be able to metabolize it. And then you gain weight and develop diseases caused by sugar.

So why can’t you do everything in balance? There needs to be balance. Nothing is forbidden. Things need to happen in balance. For cells to work happily and do their job, each one in harmony, correctly, because there is balance.

So, do not place your healing outside of yourselves. The healing is within you. Ask for our help; we will give it. We will effectively increase that vibration to your cells. Will we do a cleansing? We will. But you have to take the first step. You have to achieve balance. Then our energy will take effect. Deeply, expanding and amplifying your own energy.

Dress yourselves in Green Light every day. You don’t need to call us. Just think, “I want to dress myself in the Green Ray.” The ray will be in you. And let it work for a while. Go to sleep in a bubble of Green Light. This rejuvenates cells and helps them to recover. But be careful! Don’t bring all sorts of imbalances during the day and then want to sleep in the green bubble at night. Because the bubble’s energy will be quickly sucked away and it will be of little help, because it will have too much to put in place; and it will not succeed.

Be aware of this. Nothing will fall into place because you are in the green bubble. It will, if you are in balance. Then you will receive many blessings. Use the power you have, but use it properly.

For today’s Code of Light, I leave you with the following phrases:

“My body is powerful,

for it maintains my rhythm of life.

I love my body.

And I will do everything to keep it in balance.”

After these phrases, say the following word: Sacrotântinum! Sacrotântinum! Sacrotântinum!

And don’t forget, balance is the key to everything. There is no more or less. There is balance. So learn to live within that balance. And above all, radiate Love, lots of Love for your bodies. If they are not exactly what you would like them to be, do not blame them. There are no culprits. There is only an existence to be lived.
