Do not reply to me that the times are not appropriate for joy. The times are just what you vibrate. The outside may be exploding, falling apart, but nothing gets to you if you are vibrating high. Therefore, you must make yourselves joyful. Look for the things that bring Joy.
Run in nature; play in the sea; climb trees. To those who always reply: “I cannot.” Look at the past and find ways that, in those times, made you laugh and be joyful. It is necessary to worship joy. It is necessary to break this constant cycle of complaints you have.
Look at the problems and laugh at them. Do not increase the strength of the problem. Put all the positive feelings on the issue, and you will see the difference. Find joy in the best possible way. However, do not look for a way out. No, look for that which makes you joyful within this mass, this network.
Look for it inside yourselves; look for it in nature and friends; look for it in your family. Play with children; forget the devices; just play. Return to the past—exchange experiences with your children. Be present in your children’s life. Do not be absent humans attached to a device because they will follow the same path, and the time will come when you will not talk anymore; you will send messages because you will lose the habit of talking and interacting.
Understand the moment. The moment is for breaking all that. It is for preparing yourselves for a New World. It is for preparing yourselves for new stages and rules, not imprisonment rules, as you have today, but rules of conduct and interaction, in which the first of them is always thinking about the All, just that.
Look for joy in simple things; look for joyful songs. Talk to the plants; you still have a lot to discover about plants. Fill your houses with flowers. Take the fairies to your home because each flower shelters one. Change the energy of your houses; use joyful colors. Disconnect from so many obligations. Disconnect from this sentence: “What will the others think?”
The others should be thinking about their own lives, not yours. Likewise, you should not think about the others. Do always create an organized and harmonious environment. However, it does not have to be in a rhythm that becomes tedious and tiresome. Learn to always live with a joyful heart.

Have pets; play with them. Do not imprison the pet outside the house. It is a friend, not an enemy. Play; be children again.
Do not think that what I am saying is impossible or unnecessary. On the contrary, it is very important at the moment, and only those who vibrate joy, Love, and Light will be able to go through everything without a splash, just living in their own private world. Is that being selfish? I would say that this is a selfish moment.
You will have a lot of time to look after the others. You will have a long path to help others. However, this is the time for each one to look after himself—just himself, and create this atmosphere around himself. I would say that it will not prevent you from having some minor issues, but you will certainly be quite ready to go through any of them.
