Each of you who has your techniques, use them again. Feel each one in your body. Don’t worry about taking care of others right now. This is a time to take care of yourselves. It’s time to cleanse your bodies of everything that is being thrown out. Take care of yourself. Don’t ask so much of yourself.
“Walk carefully, but without tension. It should feel light. Doing something because you have to, going against your heart, doesn’t do much good. Your heart has to be in it; it has to be filled with joy at that moment. So, don’t be a puppet following commands. Have your ideas and your moments, and do what your heart desires.”
We’ve mentioned it here a few times, but it’s always worth repeating: What’s good for one person isn’t necessarily good for another. Each of you should seek what brings joy to your heart. It’s not about doing everything just because we say so. You have to do it with joy, lightness, and from the heart. If you don’t, there’s no point. If you do it tensely, you won’t do it deeply, and you might think you’re fine, but you’re not.
I understand that many of you may be feeling tense, worried, and even afraid. It’s okay to feel fear from time to time, but it’s important not to let it consume you. Fear is powerful and it is fed by the external. I encourage you to connect with your Divine Presence and ask for help in overcoming your fear. Live every moment. Sometimes you may have to endure unpleasant feelings, but it is through experiencing these emotions that you gain the awareness of how to move forward and overcome them. Don’t restrict yourself so much. Know how to live each moment from the heart. You are not yet Fifth Dimensional beings enough not to experience low-vibration feelings. You’ve still experienced them many times.
The important thing is not to be angry all the time. It’s about recognizing the moment, understanding what caused that feeling, and trying not to let it happen again. This is wisdom. It’s not about avoiding or forcing a situation. You need to let go of a lot of things. Many feelings from the past are resurfacing for review, and they are not pleasant feelings.
Ensure that you live in the moment, analyze it, and take the necessary steps to avoid repeating it as a learning experience. Approach each moment with love. If you feel it with anger, it will be harder to let go of. Therefore, be mindful of how you live each moment.
You will still experience many moments in which you vibrate low feelings. This is normal. This is because you are still learning. No one is ready yet. Just never forget: you have our help, all the time. What you can’t do is vibrate the feeling and keep feeding it. You can’t do that.
Live, learn, and move on. That moment has passed, so don’t dwell on it. Don’t nurture it, because that would lead to poor decisions for your future. This is a time for learning. Difficult times are approaching and will come. You can’t face it all with just a smile and laughter. There will be moments of sadness and pain, but they should only be experienced, not dwelled upon.
And in this way you will learn to live through everything that comes your way. Live in that moment, in the here and now, and in the next moment, to have learned your lesson and forget it ever happened. That’s what you need to do. Don’t be so hard on yourself.
