Dear sons and daughters of planet Earth! I AM SANANDA!

Once again, I am very grateful to be here, manifesting my thoughts to each of you. The great awakening is approaching. The energies envelop this planet in a great ball of Light and Love. All this positive sphere is quickly dissipated because it neutralizes the negative charge on your world today. But just as it is consumed, it is generated by the Love that each of you is putting into yourselves and All.

For a long time, you have been taught, first of all, never to think of yourself, always to put others first, insisting that this is serving God. Love others before loving yourself. And so you do. You put everyone and everything ahead of your true intentions, ahead of what your hearts determine. No matter if it will make you suffer or hurt you, you want to serve others because this is how you understand it to be to serve God.

God does not ask for anyone’s subservience. God does not ask you to serve Him. God Father/Mother asks you to love Him, but this Love comes first from the Love you will put on yourself. Loving yourself above everything and everyone else is loving God because each one of you is a little piece of Him. So if you don’t love yourself, you don’t love him. So for your Love to reach God the Father/Mother, you must love yourself and always put yourself first.

No, nothing, and no one can come first than you. It is not by sacrificing yourself for someone else that you make a more beautiful walk before Father/Mother God. Because you have stopped loving yourself, you have stopped loving Him. So start looking inside yourself always first. Love yourself. Respect yourselves. It doesn’t matter what the other will think; what matters is you before Father/Mother God because when you love yourself, you make Father/Mother God happy. After all, He feels all your Love, and that is loving Him too.

Why is it so hard for you to see positivity in yourselves? Why do you always put yourself in the victim and the wronged role? You attract what is necessary for your learning, no matter what. Every event has a reason, a why, and teaching. As long as you play the victim, you won’t learn that lesson, and it will keep coming back again and again. Assume your mistakes, your wrong decisions, your wrong paths, for only then, by being aware of what was done wrong, can you get through the lesson and be Beings of Light, which is what you are in essence.

Another important point. Why is suffering so attractive? Why do you like to emanate suffering? So that everyone will feel sorry for you? So everyone will look at you as the poor wretch, the wronged one? The grief you refer to was caused by yourself, not by the other, not by life. You attracted the right people and conditions to show you what you need to see. So it’s your fault, not anyone else’s. It is not you spreading your suffering that will lessen it. On the contrary, you spread lousy energy around the planet, which nobody asked you to do, but you spread bad energy.

The energy of pain, supplication, energy of suffering… You are not content to suffer alone; everybody needs to suffer with you. So observe the charge you will receive back. Everything you emanate will come back. So if you emanate suffering, more suffering will come back to you. Why is it so hard to originate good things? Why is it so hard to show that you’re happy? Oh, because it’s been taught that people will be jealous if you start showing your happiness. They will emanate contrary energies, insults, gossip, and bad feelings, so you shut up.

When you tell a positive fact, you also spread it around the planet. So you would be an example to someone who hears you telling it. “See, he made it, so I’ll make it too!” But you don’t spread good things because bad things will emanate against you. But aren’t you emanating a good thing? So, where is your power? Where is your belief in yourself and in Father/Mother God? If belief is there, nothing will shake you; the whole planet can emanate against you, and nothing will hit you because you are a piece of Father/Mother God.

So why hide happiness? Why hide what is good in your life? If what you go through bothers you, the concerned ones will pay for it, not you. But, of course, there is a fine line between you just telling a positive fact rather than showing off. There is another bad feeling, which will attract nothing less than envy and gossip. Because you showed off, it was not a positive feeling.

So why so afraid to expose yourself? Why so scared to be yourself? Why so afraid to assume the Divine Spark that you are? And that nothing can reach you unless you allow it. Who acknowledges that he is a Divine Spark? I can even say a little God, nothing suffers from anyone. Because you are Light, you are pure Light. And he who is the Light receives nothing contrary. So he assumes the Divine Being that he is. Now, if you are afraid that someone might do you some harm, it’s over. You have discredited being the powerful God that you are. And then evil will surely come to you.

That is how your planet is the way it is today, where only evil emanates and is shown. Very few exceptional moments when good things are revealed and fostered. Most of the time, it’s just bad things. And what do you do? You repeat, like a rusty machine that can’t move forward and keeps repeating the same thing repeatedly. And every time you repeat something, you emanate and return what you emanated. You don’t realize that.

You like to complain. Nothing is good. It’s the old rhetoric of looking at everything from the negative side. Nothing is good; there’s not a good percentage. It’s always looking at the negative. Yet, looking back, you could see how much you have evolved, how much harder it was in earlier times. But no, you are never satisfied. You are always complaining. If it is sunny, it is too hot; if it is cold, it is too cold. You never accept what nature gives you. Nature is wise and has a cycle, but you don’t accept it. You don’t assume that you have changed nature’s cycle with your industries, pollution, pesticides, and substances that have contaminated the planet.

And who is to blame, the planet? What are you doing to improve this? The great majority does nothing. The great majority just complain. So, wanting a better planet, wanting a better world, is very difficult. First, when this planet’s inhabitants wake up, they should be grateful for another day of life and affirm within themselves: “Today will be fantastic! Yes, you would, because you would all have emanated the same feeling of Love, peace, and harmony. Evil would be defeated in no time. But no, you already get up complaining. You already get up cursing the day you will have. What do you attract? Worse and worse days.

So, my brothers and sisters, humanity has been caught in a big plot to make you what you are today, to make you act the way you work today, to make you think the way you think today. But you can change and break all this if each one of you does your part. And it’s not thinking, “I’m just one,” and doing nothing. That’s the rhetoric of those who don’t want to do anything. One is enough to generate a wave, and this wave contaminates someone on the way. And that’s how things happen. So, do you want to improve your world? Improve yourselves, be grateful for everything, and be thankful for each suffering because it is a life lesson.

Look at it this way, and you will see how, little by little, everything around you improves; everything around you changes. Don’t want to be those flocks of goats that only want to graze, that don’t follow the shepherd’s orders. Be sheep in their herds. Follow the path of Love that the shepherd is showing you. Only Love, no other feelings, only Love. Any different negative sentiment towards a brother is not Father/Mother God speaking to you. It is not the Divine Spark emanating anything into you. It is only the involvement of this world that you yourselves have created.

Be sheep emanating Love, only Love. Be grateful at every instant, be loving at every moment, and only in this way will you succeed in changing the world that is there. So it is with much Love, not with violence, not with grudges, hurt, anger, hatred, not with discrimination, not with criticism, not with finger-pointing, only Love. Love, solidarity, friendship, respect. These feelings, yes, are capable of changing your world.
