Dear Brothers and sisters from Planet Earth! I AM SERAPHIS BEY!

Bringing balance is not an easy task. Being balanced among so many attractions and distractions is not an easy task. I could even say that you have done a beautiful job. It is as if you were those children who are beginning to walk; who feel that walking is a challenge and begin to walk with support, sometimes still falling, but getting up because they know that it is necessary, that it will be part of their lives.

 The movement within you is the same. There is nothing to show you that this whole process is necessary, important, real. But you keep walking; you fall, you get up; you fall again, you get up again. And with each fall, with each rise, you become stronger.

Achieving balance is a complex process, because when we talk about balance, we mean balance in everything: in your body, in your mind, in your soul, in every cell. Then we could write the word balance and paste it on you. But that’s not how it works.

Now, you are mentally balanced, but your body is tired because it has received a lot of energy, and it needs to metabolize all of it and doesn’t know how, so it expends a lot of energy. And you feel heavy, tired, even discouraged. One fine day you wake up feeling strong and energetic, but then your surroundings bring you one problem or several problems. And you need to solve them one by one. And staying energetic and cheerful in a scenario like this is not very easy. 

So, my brothers and sisters, we are like parents who teach their children how to walk through life. The real walk, the true walk. So that you, little by little, can escape the traps that have been set for you. There are many traps. So, it often seems that we are just scolding you and that we don’t care about you. In any moment it has been true.

It is precisely because we love each of you so much that we are sometimes so strict. We cannot let you walk slowly and calmly. You must always be alert, very alert. There is a world designed around you. When we say it is not a real world, it is because it is made up of what comes to you.

You are on a huge planet. When the bad news arrives, I ask a question: Is that what the whole planet is like? But they make you believe that it is, that is what the whole planet is like, and that there is no hope left. And that is not reality. It is a specific reality, pertinent to a place, to a particular city, to a particular point in a neighborhood, or simply something that has always existed, but which today is so widely publicized and displayed.

It is important, my brothers and sisters, that you understand that you are like a grain of sand on the entire planet. Every piece of bad news involving other brothers is like a grain of sand in relation to the entire planet. So do not feed these energies. Because it was in this way, exactly this way, that they built the egregores that are there and that you feed with fear, every moment.

No, the whole planet is not like that. There are wonderful things on the planet. There is the power of nature. There is the power of crystals, of the elements. The elements are within you. But you have forgotten that. You only pay attention to what is outside, not what is inside. And with that, the balance, that balance I started talking about, ceases to exist.

Turn inward. Look inside yourselves. You are water, earth, fire, and air. You are the planet. And where is the planet’s strength? You were created with the elements of the planet. So use and abuse of your connection with Gaia, with the planet. This is the source of balance.

Gaia is that support for the baby when it is walking, beginning its journey. At first, it was supported. And in its small steps, without support, it falls, picks up the support again, falls again, until one day it walks without support. You are still in the support phase. So, lean on the planet.

You touch the planet all the time. It doesn’t matter if you live on a high floor. The building, the house, whatever it is, is fixed where? On the planet, nothing is flying, nothing is suspended. You live supported by the planet. So, the floor of your house, your apartment, wherever you are, is on the planet.

So, just stop for a few seconds. You can stand or sit, your feet should be on the ground. Mentally, create roots. Roots that invade the body of the planet and mentally ask: “Gaia, balance me. Help me stay balanced.”

It’s a simple process. You don’t even need to say anything. You can be waiting in line for the bus or train, close your eyes, and in 10 seconds you will have internalized all of this and gained balance. Because Gaia will give you all the energy you need and take away whatever is in excess or causing you imbalance. It’s simple, isn’t it?

It is a simple and practical exercise that you can do anywhere. Because Gaia is everywhere. Not just on the ground. You can be anywhere. Are you working? Did a problem arise? Do this little exercise. And you will see the solutions appear as if by magic.

My brothers and sisters, you have power. You have the weapons of Light. I don’t know if it’s because of a lack of confidence, but you don’t use them. You have them, but you don’t use them. So learn to trust the weapons you have acquired, the tools you have learned, the ones you have initiated. Use some, use all, it doesn’t matter. Achieve balance.

Balance, my brothers and sisters, is everything. Do not seek perfection. Do not be overly demanding of yourselves. Because that causes imbalance. The important thing at this point in the journey is to be aware. Be aware of what you think, what you say, how you act, what you emanate; that is what matters. This is extremely important and must be watched every second, so that you can create that illuminated and flowery path ahead.

But don’t be too hard on yourselves. Keep coming back to this image: you are babies, just starting to walk. You still fall down a lot, but you get up and keep going, you don’t give up. And one day, you will be ready, truly ready, to stand on your own two feet. The only support you will have will be the power within each of you.

Do not forget, my brothers and sisters, balance is everything. Not too much, not too little. Balance. This is the key. This is the way. Awareness. Living in the present moment. Being open to receiving. Using your weapons of Light. Use and abuse all these gifts you have. And you will see how it will become easier and easier, like a baby, to walk without support, to walk in balance.
