Dear brothers and sisters of planet Earth! I AM SERAPHIS BEY!

New ways are presenting themselves. New opportunities. Know how to take advantage of them; know how to follow the way correctly. Is it hard work? But nothing is easy. That which is easy doesn’t evolve. It requires deepening, it requires surrender, it requires, above all else, joy in the heart.

Each one of us who participates in this Journey of the Rays knows intirely the reason for each step is taken within it; the importance of each of the meditations.

So, my brothers, pay attention to what you are doing. Read and reread the rules several times. so that you understand them properly. Enter, and connect yourselves with the Divine Presence and ask it to explain and clarify your ideas so that you can understand every line that has been written.

Don’t despair, nor try to find the answers in others. Read carefully, being in the Divine Presence. And you will understand everything. The most important  at this point isn’t to complain about anything. Some demands have been made. And  why? Because they are important, because they are preparatory.

Many still don’t realize what is necessary to raise their vibration. Many still insist on maintaining vices, as if they were beneficial to their bodies. They still don’t understand that the pleasure vices bring is ephemeral ,is  false,  is superficial. So the time has come for you to make a choice: either you walk away from your vices for definite, or you are walking a difficult way to get where you want to be. Respect the rules.

Here is an example of what will happen if you continue with your vices. Today, you are a vessel of Light, and inside it contains the amount of Light you have absorbed until now. We will fill this vessel daily. Now, if you maintain your vices, each action inherent to them, consumes the Light from this vessel, and consumes a lot. Because it is something that takes away your Light. Each vice, when lived, performed, attacks your bodies. And the Light goes away, because it is vital energy that is consumed.

Then you will be on a seesaw, sometimes up, sometimes down; and you will not move from the place. Because we will fill you up and you will empty yourself. So ,what good will it do, if you keep your vices?  

Now, my brothers, it is a period of change. There will be seven rounds of seven days, 49 days. If after those 49 days you haven’t changed, then I tell you that you really don’t want to evolve. You don’t want to go to the Fifth Dimension. It is a long period that will require, effectively  a lot of attention from each one of you. For every step taken, every action, every thought, every word, every feeling experienced, emanated. Every time you do something that is against Love and Light, remember the vase; see your own Light descending.

So it will be a period of great attention , of great care for yourself. And no one will get sick. Many people are thinking that if they stop eating everything that contains animal blood, they will get sick. No, they won’t. There are many other sources of protein in your world. Who knows maybe   this is the moment for you to learn how to consume them?

Now, if you really don’t want to, if you believe you aren’t capable, then don’t start, don’t do anything. Because I repeat: remember the vase. Those who think this is nonsense; those who think that giving up eating proteins that contain animal blood will leave them weak, depressed, and cause them to consume them during the journey, remember the vase. Because every time you do so, the Light will diminish. It will be consumed by the energy you are putting inside. Because it will have to eliminate the energy you have consumed.

This is a moment of change. And we are still giving you the opportunity to consume between rounds. “Ah, but between rounds the vase will go down.” Absolutely. We aren’t saying no.  The consumption between rounds is just so you can get there. Don’t make it such a strong thing. Because, understand, there is no imposition.

This is a …, let’s say, a proposal, a proposal for elevation, a proposal for growth in Light. But it will depend more on you…; in fact, nothing will depend on us, because we always do our part. It will depend only on you. It’s a proposal. We aren’t imposing it, we aren’t forcing it. We have only done something that will be very intense for the final objective.

So it can’t be easy within the context of your lives. So the tendency is for you to increasingly stop eating proteins that contain animal blood. That’s the idea. We’ve been saying this for some time now. Many have accepted it, many are adapting. Very good. But remember, the moment is coming.

If you truly want to keep your vessels of Light full, take action. We understand that for many it is difficult, because habits and vices come from a long time ago. We understand. That is why , the consumption will be allowed between rounds. But it is important that you begin to change, to move away from these foods.

And I’m not going to apologize for fads here, nor that you will become type “A” or type “B”; that’s not the question. The question is what you consume. Because every animal is fed a series of medicines and foods that aren’t good for you. You are poisoning yourselves, little by little.

So at some moment you need to break this process. Well, the moment has come. Look for alternatives.  And they exist. And there are many. All you have to do is look for them and really want to cleanse your bodies.

So once again I repeat:  take the journey with your heart. Don’t expect miracles, because they will not  happen. If you don’t make the inner change, it will not do any good. So, if you don’t think you’re capable, don’t waste your time. Don’t do it. Because it will bring you more discomfort than anything else, because we will not be able to fill your vessel with Light. Because your consumption of that Light will continue to be intense.

Once again: it isn’t obligatory, it isn’t forced. Everyone does it if want to. Everyone does it from the heart, and with purpose.

For today’s Code of Light, I leave you with the following phrases:

“I learn to change every day.

Change requires commitment, it requires attention, it involves involvement.

I want to change, so that I can evolve.”

After these phrases, say the following word: Tracógenum! Tracógenum! Tracógenum!

And remember, my brothers: it is a proposal. Think very, very carefully before accepting it. I would not say that it is like a contract that you have to sign and fulfill. But I could say that it is a contract, yes, but not with me, not with the other masters, not with Michael, not with Sananda, not with Mary; it is a contract with yourself.

It is a contract where you are saying, “I will evolve. I will go to the Fifth Dimension.” So be ready to live this journey with us. And we guarantee that if you fulfill your contract, you will not regret it.
