Dear brothers and sisters of planet Earth! I AM ADAMA!

Once again I join you in celebrating this moment.

The energies are coming in intensely. Transformations are taking place. Be ready my brothers and sisters, for everything that is to come, but without anxiety, without worries. Live each day. Always think that you are like a glass, that each day, following the path of the Light, you fill that glass. Unfortunately, this liquid rises and falls with your vibrations. But be sure that it is not empty. Let’s do an exercise right now.

Think of a glass, empty at first. A simple glass, my brothers; as clean as possible, no drawings, nothing. A simple glass. It doesn’t matter how big it is. The proportion will always be identical. Fix that glass in your mind. See it empty. Now repeat it with me:

“I am a Being of Light, and I am moving towards the Light.”

Chances are you’ll see how full your glass is, or how little, it doesn’t matter. For those who see the glass almost full, it’s one more reason to stay on the journey; it’s one more reason to continue your journey towards the Light. It is the certainty of correct decisions. It is the certainty of a focused walk within the precepts of the Light.

Those who turn the glass halfway down, in the same way. Is there still a long way to go? Yes, there still is, but you’re making it, you’re getting there. So don’t get discouraged, keep going. Those of you who have turned the glass over, with only a light layer of water, need to work harder; they need to be more consistent in their decisions, their thoughts, their words.

As we’ve been saying, nothing will be in vain. You may not be going to the Fifth Dimension at the moment, but you are on the path of evolution. This will not be lost. Now if you give up and dry up, then the consequences could be very bad. Because you’ll still be in the Third Dimension, but a very low Third Dimension.

“Oh, but I’ll still be in the same one as here.” Will I? Will it be the same as here today? I can’t guarantee it.Those who know nothing, those who refuse to see, those who don’t want to change, are making choices. So how can they deserve to go to an the same environment as the one they live in today?In all likelihood, they won’t; they’ll start over in something much worse, so that they learn to value the opportunities that come their way.

And no, don’t take this as punishment. They are the consequences of choices.

Those who have already begun to fill the cup, but who may not have time to fill it until the final moment, are on the path; they have made choices. And they will certainly go to a planet a little better than this one, still in the Third Dimension.

Do you understand, my brothers? Everything will be according to what you are vibrating. Everything will be according to what you have chosen. That’s why we say that no one will go with anyone. You will be reborn on other planets and you will meet new souls. Those who are already there and others who are here today, but whom you don’t know. That was the choice. There is no way to change anymore. There’s no way to take a bottle full of water and fill the glass. The glass is filled with your vibration, with your choices.

Now, if you see that you’re not doing so well, and you get discouraged, that’s also a choice. The choice to retreat, the choice to descend, to a worse environment than the one you live in today, because you are choosing that. So, always remember: each step forward will never be in will never be in vain; it will be providing you with an improvement. Now, every step backwards gives you

the exact opposite.

It’s time for the truth, my brothers. “Oh, I wish I didn’t know”. Very well. So, right now those of you who would rather not have seen where you were in the glass, open your hearts and ask me for it; and I will make you forget. Very well. You forgot at that moment, where your glass was. And continue your journey upwards or downwards, as you want.

Fooling yourself, running away, leads nowhere. But everyone makes their own decisions. It’s not us who carry you. It’s you who lift yourselves up; a little every day.

So be ready to go where you have to go or stay here. This will be according to your vibration. Now, a little warning for those of you who have seen that

you are on the path and that you are well in the cup. Don’t lose heart, don’t think you’re there yet. Because the ascent is always very slow, but the descent is fast and vertiginous. Staying where you are is more difficult than going up.

So be very careful, have a lot of perseverance on the path you’re following so that you stay where you are and continue the ascent. Don’t think you’ve already conquered it. This is not the time yet. There will be a moment, yes, when everyone will be taken away; but everyone those who are in a certain vibration. And then it will be another journey: the journey of staying in the Fifth Dimension.

It will be a little different, because there will be a lot of learning, a lot of training, but you will have us close to you, helping you, all the time. Then it will be easier. But to get to the Fifth you need perseverance and the certainty in your heart of what you are doing.
