All right, you’re cooking, you’re in the kitchen, preparing the food. Everyone has their own way of preparing it; everyone seasons the food to their taste, to the family’s taste, but if you go overboard, no one will be able to eat it. Let’s say you put too much salt in the food; the food is still food—it doesn’t lose its properties—but you can’t stand to eat it because it’s too salty; it doesn’t appeal to you.
So, I’ll draw a parallel.

Food is part of your rituals. They don’t change just because it’s Carnival, because it’s Christmas, or because of any other occasion—they don’t change—but what is placed upon them does change; the energy of the surroundings is different. “Oh, but I’m the one doing it,” you might say, but you are part of the whole. So, whatever energy is vibrating across the entire planet will reach your home, whether you like it or not.
So, it is neither convenient nor appropriate to do anything during this period. And as she said, the festivities end on Wednesday, but there is a time to dissipate all the energy.
I am not here, my brothers, joking around; I know exactly what happens. So, just understand: I’m not asking you to accept this; I’m just offering guidance. Now, if each of you wants to do things differently, that’s up to you. The time for choices is here, and each of you can make the choice you want. “Oh, I don’t accept this; I’m going to keep going.” Very well, keep going—just don’t cry about it later.

The time has come—in fact, it’s long past time—for you to stop just nodding your heads, agreeing with everything we say. You need to ask your own Divine Presence, which resides within each of you. Stop just following what we say; ask it instead. We’re not imposing anything; it’s not mandatory. We’re simply guiding you, showing you a path.
Another important point.
What did I say on the day of the Portal? Discipline. What is discipline? It is you committing to do something.
The big problem is that you are so used to finding loopholes that you cannot maintain discipline; you lose your way. So, if it’s said: you have to do it every day, and if you don’t, it won’t do any good anymore. Why do you ask? “Oh, I forgot to do it. Can I continue?” Do you understand where you’re going with this? Do you want an exception? Do you want me to say: “Oh, no, for you, then, it’s okay, I’ll make a special rule so you can skip a day and continue”?

How many times are you going to skip it? Because now that you’ve skipped one and I made an exception, you’re going to skip several.
Don’t you guys understand this? What is discipline? Discipline is something you have to commit to yourself. It’s not about me, it’s not about the Unicorn, it’s not about anyone else. It’s about you. That’s the commitment—knowing that you have to do it every day.
It’s interesting how you think everything is nonsense, that everything is just a big joke, that you don’t need all these demands, that you don’t need all these rules—you can find a way around them, you can slip up and come back.
So, do you know when you’ll actually be able to evolve? Never.
Because you don’t commit to the process, because those who do commit do whatever it takes. They set an alarm to wake up, they leave little notes around the house so they don’t forget, and they don’t make mistakes. Why? Because they’re committed to their own journey, they’re determined to evolve at any cost. So, they follow the guidance.
So, don’t try to find shortcuts or make up new rules. There are no shortcuts; if you forget, it’s over, you’ve missed it—wait for the next time. It may be that another Being of Light, some other day, brings different information during another meditation, and then—and only then—you’ll truly commit.

We can’t keep making exceptions, brothers and sisters, and doing whatever each of us wants, because each of you wants something different. One of you wants to do it every day, another doesn’t; one wants to do it on the weekend, another doesn’t. So, what’s agreed upon is never faithfully carried out, because you all want to do it your own way. Do you see that?
So, folks, discipline—what is it? Discipline is doing something as it was determined, not your way, not the way you want it, but the way it was determined. “Oh, but I don’t agree.” Well, then don’t do it—it’s that simple. If you don’t agree, if you think it’s wrong, why are you doing it? Don’t do it—it’s so easy not to do it.
Yes, discipline is necessary. Yes, commitment is necessary. It can’t be the way you want it; it has to be the way it is.
The vast majority don’t bother to read anything about what’s required. You heard someone say, “Look, you have to do this—first take three little jumps—because otherwise you won’t get into the energy.” And you go and take three little jumps. Who said you needed to do three little jumps? Is it written down somewhere? No, but since you didn’t read it, you heard your neighbor say you have to do three little jumps.

You ask about things that are written down—things that have been written, revised, and revised again, and have passed through the hands of a whole bunch of people: does everyone understand? You understand. So, that’s fine. “Oh, I didn’t understand this part.” It gets changed. But you don’t bother to read it; you want everything spoon-fed to you—it’s easier that way. “Oh, I’m not going to read it, no, I’m going to ask so-and-so.” And then so-and-so, who also hasn’t read it, is going to teach you everything wrong, and you’ll go along with so-and-so and do it wrong too.
When are you going to learn to read? Oh, reading is hard work, watching the video is hard work, so it’s easier to ask—isn’t that how you do it? And there aren’t just a few of you who do this; there are many. It’s not just a few of you who do this; there are many. I say something here, and the next day, you’re knocking on the door: “Is it like this, like that?” And it was already said. It went in one ear and out the other. That saying is perfect, because it doesn’t stay in your mind; it goes in and out. Do you see?
So, my brothers, as long as you act this way, it will be very difficult, very difficult, because you need to understand what we want. We want you to evolve; we want discipline and commitment, but it’s not about us—it’s about you. It’s about your journey, not mine. Understand this.
Each of you is responsible for your own journey, but you must have discipline and commitment.

Isn’t that how you do it? “Oh, can I cut in front of you?” Oh, can I do something for myself, and only others don’t matter? That’s how you are, all the time. You don’t think about the whole picture, you only think about yourselves, about what’s good and doesn’t require effort, because anything that requires effort—oh, that’s bad, right?
So, doing something every day, saying five words—oh, that’s boring, that’s tedious, it’s tiring. “Oh, well, I’ll do some on the days I want to, and skip the days I don’t want to—whenever I feel like it.” Yeah, you made up your own rule, but you want it to work. Hello? There’s no way, there’s no way. Either you do it right, or you don’t do it at all. Understand that.
Let’s stop fooling ourselves, because that’s what you’re doing—you’re fooling yourselves, all the time. “Oh, I’m doing it just right.” No, you’re not. Because if you were, you wouldn’t have so many doubts. If you read, if you pay attention to listen and write down what you hear so you don’t forget, you wouldn’t do anything wrong. You wouldn’t be left with all these questions you’re asking here—about things that have been said or are yet to be said.
Let’s be patient. You want everything done yesterday. Let’s be patient, let’s stay calm, let’s move at nature’s pace. No flower blooms before its time, no leaf falls before its time; everything has its right moment.
You always, always want to rush time. Why? You’re not going to change the course.
That’s what I said not long ago in the work on anxiety: you don’t change time; no one has power over time. It’s not despair that will make time move faster, that will make things happen sooner. Time moves at its own pace; you’re not the one who determines it.
So, let’s be patient, let’s stay calm; everything in its own time, everything at the right moment.
While I’m at it, I want to say this.
We’ve actually done a survey of everything that’s available today for you to be in a group. Many groups have ended, and others will still end. “Oh, but why? I liked it so much!”

Something that was done years ago no longer works today; the energy is different, the timing is different, and the process is different. So there’s no point in keeping it. So don’t ask why Group A, B, C, or D has ended. It ended because I asked for it to end, and it’s happening gradually because these aren’t easy processes. So please be patient as well.
“Oh, and why aren’t the groups open?” I’m going to ask a question: what is this fantastic need you have for groups to talk in? If your mouth can’t hold everything that’s inside, grab a pillow and talk to it, tell it everything you want to say—the pillow will love to listen. You don’t need to share it in the group.
I’ve already talked about this here, and I asked her to set some rules for the group. You’ll see the rules there, but the group won’t be open for you to read, and as I would say, take what’s written there to heart.
I’m going to confess something: I wasn’t going to come back to the group anymore; I was going to shut it down, but I’m going to give it one more chance, so that you behave—and by that I mean, what’s good for the other person isn’t necessarily good for you. Each person attracts what’s important for their own evolution. What you’ve attracted to your path doesn’t mean it will be good for everyone, because each person is at a different stage on the path.
So, if you’ve received something wonderful, keep it to yourself; you don’t have to spread it around, you don’t have to show it off, you don’t have to talk about it—it’s yours. You attracted it through your own journey.

Then there’s that crowd of people: “Oh, I want that too. Oh, send it my way. Oh, I want that too.” What’s that all about? No one is capable of attracting anything—they just want what someone else received to see if it gives them a little extra boost. To see if it makes the journey go faster?
Well, you’re very much mistaken. On the contrary, the path only goes backward, because this has a name—what you call “envy”—and that’s a horrible feeling, because you want to have what someone else has. No, you have to want to have what you’re capable of attracting, not what someone else has.
So, both sides are wrong. The one who flaunts what they’ve received—and why do they flaunt it? Ah, because their ego is huge, their ego is full. “Wow, I got this, guys, I got it.” Look at that ego—bigger than the planet. So, they have to show off, they have to post that they received it. And then the other person: “Ah, I want that too.” Envy.
Let’s call things by their names, let’s understand the attitudes you have. So, I don’t want this anymore. I don’t want this kind of comment. The group is meant for sharing experiences, not what you gain.
And there are some who contradict me, because I’ve already said, several times, that it’s not about helping anyone—everyone should go after what they want. “No, that’s not true. I do help, because the person needs to be helped.” It’s a counterpoint to what I say.

Who’s in charge of the group? Is it you who thinks you have to do the opposite of what I say?
So, I’m giving you a warning: either you behave in the group, or it’s over, and this time, it won’t come back.
And one more important thing.
A lot of groups have been deleted—or will be—because you comment on all of them. You aren’t content to talk in just one; you have to talk in all of them. The group is for talking about the weather, commenting on how the day is going, and whether it’s cloudy or sunny. Then someone comes along and posts: “Look, but I wanted to know how to buy that thing over there.” The group is for talking about the weather, but you want to know about your own problem, so you post something there that has nothing to do with the weather.
So, my brothers, I sincerely, sincerely, am very inclined to shut down all the groups. And before you ask, the Cards groups are a different universe; I’m talking about the Angels and Light groups. The Sananda and Toque Colibri groups, and the Christ Cards groups—that’s up to them; I don’t get involved, just as they don’t get involved on this side. Here, I’m the one in charge.
So, I’m warning you: if you don’t behave, if you don’t follow the rules, the group is over—there won’t be a group anymore. “Oh, but how will we find out about things?” By listening to the live streams, watching the videos—no problem at all. Or do you think I don’t know you’re forming parallel little groups? Keep up with the parallel little groups—no problem at all.

I’ve said a lot here, my brothers and sisters, a lot. That we were going to do certain things, that we were going to organize some activities, but I often have to backtrack because I’d only be causing her more worry and work, and that isn’t fair.
So, a lot of what I’ve already said, what she’s already said, would happen, didn’t happen, and won’t happen because the moment now is different; the moment now is for each of you to choose what you truly want.
Are you finding the routine the Unicorn has set complicated? That’s because you don’t know what lies ahead.

When I say things, you take everything literally, but you have to understand what I’m getting at. And many just said, “No, well, then I won’t go.” When the process should be the opposite: “Oh, well, now I really have to manage to connect with the Divine Presence so that I can go to the Gatherings.” Do you see? Do you see how things aren’t flowing well?
So, get ready, because by the end of this year, there might only be a handful of you who actually complete everything I ask, because most of you will fall by the wayside, and it won’t do any good to try—even if you do, it won’t work.
So, either you have discipline, commitment, and responsibility, or you won’t achieve anything.
I’m not here to mess around, my brothers. I say silly things sometimes to lighten the mood a bit, but I’m not joking; I know exactly the path each one of you is taking. I’m not just talking into the wind here; I see each one of you, and I see each one’s behavior.
So, there’s no point in you trying to delude yourselves, lying to yourselves.
The journey is not easy, and it is not easy for many here. Why? Commitment and discipline lead to difficult paths, but they are responsible for learning to walk them.
So, my brothers, make your choices. You can’t have one foot here and one foot there. I said this a long time ago—not just recently, no.

There is a very fine line between being on the path of evolution and being on the opposite path. Now, you can’t have one foot on each side—either you follow the path, or you don’t. You can’t be halfway there; you can’t trust halfway; you can’t do things halfway. Either you do it, or you don’t.
So, learn this: don’t depend on others; seek out information; read. If you don’t understand, reread it; if you still don’t understand, reread it again.
Ask the Divine Presence to help you understand, and it will do so.
Don’t rely on your little friend; don’t rely on others. Each person is on their own path, and no two are alike—when will you learn this? That each person must follow their own path, their own way of walking, their own way of being, of understanding—of everything. No one is the same as another.
Why are everyone’s fingerprints different? Because each one is a soul. Each one is living in that body, in that moment. So, be unique, take on the power you have, and do not depend on others. The power is within you; you must understand this.
So, my brothers, attention, discipline, commitment, responsibility. Look at how many important words are on the journey.
Don’t look for loopholes, don’t look for shortcuts, don’t look for exceptions. There are no exceptions; there is no other way.

Evolution isn’t about having one foot in the Fifth and one foot in the Third. It’s a vibration that will shift as you move forward. Every step toward evolution takes you to a new vibration. So, it’s an evolutionary path—it’s not about being partly there and partly here. No, you’re either entirely there or entirely here; there’s no way to split it.
So, what are you choosing? What do you want? Ease? Well, I feel compelled to tell you that there isn’t any. The path isn’t easy and will become increasingly difficult—understand that.
With every step of evolution, the path becomes more difficult, because you need to go through tests, increasingly difficult ones, but if you study, if you pay attention, if you commit, if you have discipline, you pass, and you pass with flying colors, as they say in schools—you pass easily—but it takes commitment, it takes discipline, it takes the will to do it.
There is no other path, there is no other way; there is no “lying in a hammock, sipping juice” and evolving—there isn’t.
So, seek the path, but your own path, not someone else’s. Someone else’s path belongs to them; you have to find your own. And what they gained or lost is their problem. What you gained and what you lost is your problem. Understand this.

What belongs to another belongs to another; it came to them because it was meant to. What belongs to you came to you because it was meant to, and it doesn’t necessarily have to be the same as what belongs to another. So why do you want to follow another’s path?
My brothers, my brothers, open your eyes; time is passing. Time hasn’t stopped yet, and you need to truly commit to your own journey.
And one thing is important, very important.
Our love for all of you does not change. So, don’t do things thinking, “Oh, I’ll do it because Archangel Michael told me to, right? I have to do it.” No, I didn’t tell you to do anything; I don’t tell you to do anything. I guide you; I say it’s worth doing, but I don’t order you to do it. I present it to you: look, this is good; if you want to evolve, do it, but if you don’t want to do it, I won’t change because of you; I’ll remain the same. So, let’s stop with this nonsense: “Oh, I have to do it because he told me to.” I didn’t tell you to do anything; you do it if you want to, you do it if your Divine Presence tells you to, because it is the Divine Presence that knows what’s best for you. It is your Divine Presence that tells you which path to follow. It tells you. So, learn to listen to it, learn to be with it, and do what it guides you to do—not what others say is good. What is good for them may not be good for you.
So, my brothers and sisters, we are going through a very intense year, in every sense. Be strong, too. And in order for you to be strong, you need to do everything with Love and discipline, with a lot of Love, so that the result actually appears—nothing more.
