Dear ones! I AM ARCHANGEL MICHAEL!
Today, really, I don’t have anything particularly important to bring to your attention. Today will be a very light-hearted, very peaceful gathering.
The only thing I want to discuss with you is everything we’ve been bringing you since we restarted our weekly videos: a challenge each week.
Many of you are taking this seriously, which is wonderful, because every challenge we have set aims to bring about an inner change. It may seem as though everything is very simple; many even think it’s silly, but you do not know the purpose behind each one we have set.
I can say that the challenge is, in fact, like the tip of the iceberg; what actually happens is hidden, it’s on another level.
So, to those who are taking it seriously, who are doing it daily, every week, with dedication and determination, I applaud you, because you are not doing this for me, nor for every Being who brings the challenge; you are doing it for yourselves, bringing balance, bringing the Light, more and more.

So, we were asked to publish these challenges, as well as the videos, and that is what we are doing, so that more people can have access to them, and who knows, perhaps their hearts will be moved to take part.
Now, the treatments are quick; they last two days, and there’s another one soon after. At the weekend, they last a little longer. And many have also been receiving help with every treatment they undergo.
But then the time has come, so to speak, to clarify a few things.
Nothing is compulsory, my brothers and sisters. Have I ever said here that you would be obliged to do something? Never. So, there is no compulsion. It is important that each of you listens to your heart and, above all, listens to your Divine Presence.
The same applies to the treatments. “Oh, do I have to do them all?” No, you will do the one your heart asks for. You need to stop this habit of doing everything without thinking, without listening to your heart. “Oh, if we were told to do it, then I’ll do it. I’m not really up for it, but I’ll do it.” No, that’s not how it works.
It is necessary for each of you to genuinely want to do it. Then many say things like: “Oh, I didn’t do it. Oh, I’m in debt, I’m at fault, because I didn’t do the treatment, I didn’t do the challenge,” but where was it written that you were obliged to do it? Nowhere.
And at any time, you can start a challenge, a treatment. There’s no right time, no right day.
So, to wrap this up, what’s important?
Listen to the Divine Presence. Now that is important, because it will say: “No, this treatment won’t make much difference for you”, because not everything is for everyone; each person is at a different level, each is on their own journey, and not everything works the same way for everyone – understand that.
So, what is important? How should one behave?
New challenge: “Divine Presence, should I do this one, yes or no?” A new treatment: “Divine Presence, should I do it or not?” And so it will be with everyone. You are simply building up a collection of treatments that can be done at any time, following the instructions that have already been given, but no one is obliged to do them all. Understand this.
So, I’ll take this opportunity to talk about the Divine Presence.
My brothers, what difficulty do you face in accessing something that is within you, not outside? If it were something external, I might even understand, but something internal, which is within you.
Many here say: “No, I can’t do it.” Very well, and do you know when you will be able to do it? Never. Because you already believe so firmly that you can’t, that you won’t be able to.
There are many ways to reach the Divine Presence. Some courses teach one way, I have taught another, and each of you can find your own path. Nothing is set in stone; there is no single recipe that everyone must follow. No, you will follow your heart.

So, why all this difficulty? Why so much fear?
So, I’ll take this opportunity.
Do you know why many of you don’t connect with the Divine Presence? Out of fear. Because you always want to assert your ego. “I want this. So why on earth would I connect with the Divine Presence? What if it tells me not to do what I want?”
There you go, the barrier is in place; you won’t access it because you’ve put up the barrier.
So, you need to understand that the ultimate goal of it all is evolution and enlightenment. To evolve in learning, to evolve in frequency, to evolve in Light.
And for all this to happen, the ego must be set aside; you must stop seeking self-satisfaction at the expense of evolution. “Oh, I’m not going to give that up because I don’t want to.” Very well, then, you’ve already made a choice.
That is what happens to many of you. “Oh, I want to evolve, I want to go to the Fifth Dimension, but I don’t want to change a thing.” Hmm, well, then, I’ll tell you that one day you may go to the Fifth Dimension, but not now.
Change is necessary. And what many of you understand by change is giving up the fleeting pleasures that exist on Earth. Very well, then, my brothers, these are choices; everything is a choice, because as the name itself suggests, they are fleeting pleasures. It means they are transient, they do not last, they are momentary, yet they can cause a great deal of harm; but if you wish to live that way, it is truly a path contrary to evolution, totally contrary.

So, many of you don’t want to listen to the Divine Presence because you’re afraid it will forbid certain things, and so you’d rather not listen at all, because you don’t want to give anything up.
Do you understand why you can’t do it? Because the ego is still shouting very loudly, and you don’t want to let go of anything.
So, I say this: being happy, being joyful, being elevated, does not mean holing up in a cave and forgetting the world outside; I have never said that.
You can have fun, you can experience the world outside, without hindering your journey. There are many ways for you to find joy and happiness without necessarily having an addiction or doing something that will not bring you good results. I do not understand this way of thinking among some of you.
So, how do you intend to reach the Fifth Dimension? You must let go of many things, but not the things that bring joy; you must let go of the things that are not good for you. Therein lies the great difference, because everything that is good for you, you can continue to enjoy without worry. So, why the fear?

The Divine Presence only wishes to guide you towards evolution and enlightenment. Now, if you do not wish to listen, that is your decision; it is a path you have already chosen. You cannot follow both paths; you cannot hope to evolve without letting go of everything that is harmful to you – it is simply not possible.
You need to be aware of everything that lowers your vibration, of everything that lowers your frequency, and avoid such moments – that is all. There are no other restrictions.
So, you need to learn to live. What will it be like in the Fifth Dimension? Do you think you will be doing everything you do here, all wrong? I’m afraid not. So, if this is a very serious problem for you, then relax, carry on living the life you want, but then I ask: why worry? Follow your own path; no one is forcing you to follow a spiritual, elevated path; no one is forcing you. So, make your choices, make your choices.
Listening to the Divine Presence means knowing exactly which path to take, because it knows exactly the path each of you must follow so that it no longer generates suffering, so that it no longer generates pain, so that it no longer generates scarcity, so that life gradually becomes more and more wonderful. That is what the Divine Presence brings.
And those who surrender to the flow of Light are reaping the rewards.

So, my brothers and sisters, why go to all that trouble if you have no interest whatsoever in changing? Many of you do everything I teach here, everything she does, but you don’t want to change a single thing; you continue to behave like people who don’t care about spiritual growth.
So, I ask: where is the problem here? You do everything to achieve evolution—all the courses, all the walks—you do it all, but deep down, in your inner self, you couldn’t care less about your behaviour or how all that is perceived; your behaviour remains the same as ever. So, what have you learnt? You’ve done so many courses, so many things, and what have you learnt? Nothing, because you still have the same attitudes you had before you did anything. Why? Because you don’t want to change? Change is hard work. Yes, that’s what I hear you saying all the time.
Changing is hard work; we need to be mindful all the time, we need to be present all the time, and we need to keep an eye on ourselves all the time. Yes, that’s exactly it. Because if you want to evolve, you need to learn to control yourself; you need to learn to maintain yourself at a high level of Light. That’s exactly how it is; there’s no other way.

So, my brothers and sisters, I will repeat this once again: there is no point in doing everything just because we are being led to do so; you lose nothing by doing it all, but deep down, your heart remains the same. It is of no use, absolutely no use.
So, learn to listen to the Divine Presence regarding everything you receive. “Should I do this or not?” Always ask the Divine Presence.
Yes, my brothers, it is interesting how you always have a counterpoint to stray from the path; it is very interesting, very much so. And many, unfortunately, were on the right path, rising up, keeping themselves evolved, and suddenly a wave of discouragement, doubt, and uncertainty came, and they were almost leaving everything behind.
So, I shall also take this opportunity to say the following to you: your planet is not in balance, it is not in harmony, and everything depends very much on what each of you vibrates.
So, if you look outwards and see a war: “Why is there a war? There wasn’t supposed to be a war; that’s not what they told us.” And then a series of objections begins, giving rise to doubts.
We have said this here many times, and I shall repeat it.

This planet will no longer tolerate nuclear war because it causes an imbalance in the Universe, and that will not be permitted. Now, the wars and conflicts you are witnessing were not created by us; it is you yourselves who create them, precisely through the doubt you have projected, because if each of you, when looking at a war, were to think as follows: ‘I will end this war by radiating Love’. Everything would end, but you always want to have a reason. Who is right, who is wrong? I like so-and-so, I don’t like so-and-so, because so-and-so shouldn’t have done that, and neither should the other so-and-so.
Criticism, judgment, all the time, whereas the role of a being who is evolving is to ignore what happens and radiate Love and Light. It is to look at the violence outside the door and radiate Love and Light. It is to look at a murderer and radiate Love and Light.
Is that what you do? No, it isn’t. You feed it with anger, with criticism, with judgment, and so everything just carries on and sometimes even gets worse.
So, you must understand that you have free will, and we cannot interfere with that free will. As I have said, a nuclear war will not be permitted, and this is what is happening. All the beings surrounding the planet are taking care of this, but as for the other wars, there is nothing we can do; they were your choices, the choices of humanity itself.
So, you need to change the way you react. It is about looking at everything, saying nothing, judging nothing, criticising nothing, and radiating Love and Light.
That was one of the past challenges: to radiate Love towards those you hate. Very few did so. That was the most difficult challenge so far; very few did it. Because it is difficult, isn’t it? It is difficult to look at someone you hate and radiate Love; it is difficult. It is you who says it is difficult.
So, how do you intend to change the world? There is no way to change it. So, my brothers, do you want peace, do you want harmony among nations, do you want to live in an environment free from fear? Stop radiating fear, for as long as you share it and talk about it, it only grows.
We need to turn the tables. And how do we turn the tables? With Love and Light, the only two feelings you can send freely, without interfering with free will.

Give it a try: choose someone, choose those who provoke war, send them love, and I’ll tell you this: the energy reaches them. You aren’t sending it out into the ether, into nothingness. When you send love to someone, that feeling reaches them. You are all connected, so don’t think they won’t receive it; they will, indeed, and it might even change the way they see the world – why not?
So, when you complain about wars, violence, and the evil in the world, you are only feeding it more and more. So, stop feeding it; radiate Love and Light and feed nothing else.
Have a single feeling—Love—to radiate towards people. Place people inside a bubble of Light. It’s easy; just imagine the person inside a ball of Light. Is it difficult? No, it isn’t. You don’t even need to concentrate; just imagine a ball of Light and the person inside it—in other words, you’ll be radiating Light towards that person.
If radiating Love is so difficult, so complex, radiate Light, and you will already be doing a great deal for that person; but on the other hand, I say to you, learn to radiate Love to anyone. That is why it was mentioned in a photo: the person isn’t there, they aren’t physically in front of you, they are far away, but through the photo, you can radiate Love to them. Is it really that difficult? Where is forgiveness? As far as I know, many of you here have gone through the Journey of Forgiveness. So why is it so difficult? Will we have to go back to the Journey of Forgiveness again? 

Yes, my brothers and sisters, the decision is yours. Know how to turn the tide; change the game. Only you can change the game; we cannot intervene. However, I repeat:
There is a plan in place, and everything is unfolding as intended, and everything is happening at the right time; we are not standing still, but you must also take action. Do not think that we will do everything; we will act when the time is right, but you can change everything – you just need to want to.
So, do not question us, do not judge us, for something you do not know.
Take your place in this process, which is simply to radiate Love and Light, nothing more.
The rest, entrust to the Light, and it will take care of everything.
So, my brothers, reflect deeply on everything that has been said here today. As I sometimes say, listen again calmly and peacefully, so that you may understand every word being spoken; and who knows, perhaps you cannot change all of this.
And make a choice: do you truly wish to evolve, or not? You cannot remain halfway. Make a choice, and learn to listen to the Divine Presence; this is not merely necessary, but—and this time I will say it plainly—listening to the Divine Presence is mandatory for anyone who wishes to evolve.
I had to say that this is essential, because only then will you succeed. There’s no getting around it, no sweeping it under the carpet, no leaving it behind without anyone noticing. You must face up to every shadow and, from there, shed light on each one.
So, make your choices. Do you want to evolve or not? If you do, then follow the right path, follow the path of Light. Surrender yourselves to the Light, and you will see how far you will go. Believe in this.
