Yes, my brothers and sisters, it is Archangel Michael speaking again.
Joy is important. Joy is a contagious feeling, and most importantly, it raises your vibration.
Always stay cheerful, my brothers and sisters. If something upsets you, find something to laugh about, find something to be happy about; dwelling on problems and negative thoughts leads nowhere.
So, try to be cheerful all the time; look for things that make you smile and make you happy, no matter what others think. If you like to put on some music and dance until you’re exhausted, why would you care if someone is watching and laughing?
Think about it this way: if he’s bothered by it, it’s because he’s not yet able to do what you do—to allow himself to be happy. So, just look at him and ignore him—he doesn’t deserve your attention.
This, my brothers and sisters, is how you must live—ignoring the criticism, the harsh words, the hurtful remarks, and those who criticize and curse each one of you; they are not ready.
Don’t feed your ego, though; don’t look down on them, because you’ve already evolved, and they’re down there, fighting with themselves to not allow themselves—as you say— To give in and accept what’s being said—it’s a fight between them and themselves, and you’re already far removed from it.
So, be happy in your own way, on your own terms, and no matter what people say—those who criticize you, those who judge you—the problem isn’t yours; it’s theirs, he’s attracting karma to himself, so let him go his own way; just be yourself, be strong, be ready, be confident—don’t worry about the others.
So, here today, you have already welcomed Mary, you have already welcomed Sananda—a warm embrace from Sananda, Mary’s Mantle, and the joy of Kalighal. So now, I’m going to introduce you to a tiny being—he’s small in size, but great in power.
He isn’t the Gnome you know; he’s a different Gnome, and he takes care of a very important forest on planet Earth: the Amazon.
That Gnome—he’s kind of like a boss. He isn’t the Deva of the Amazon Rainforest—that’s not it—he’s a gnome whose job is to coordinate all the gnomes in the Amazon Rainforest, all those who contribute to the balance—or the attempt to achieve balance—of the Amazon Rainforest.
So, listen to what he has to say:
“My brothers and sisters.
I’m tiny compared to you guys—yes, I’m tiny. Compared to the size of the forest, I’m barely a grain of sand, but my role is very important: to sustain that entire area of the planet by producing the air you breathe.
A forest does not exist merely as decoration; it exists as a living organism that breathes, breathes, removing all impurities from the air and releasing the oxygen necessary for life.
When a forest is burned, the amount of oxygen on the planet decreases, harmful substances increase, and you get sick more and more because the air becomes polluted.
So, my role in that forest is to keep my brothers working hard so that the trees continue to produce more and more oxygen. For every part of the forest that is destroyed, the trees have to work to make up for what has been lost. So today, I can tell you that they are operating at full capacity, because so much forest has been cleared.
The forest is home to animals; it supports an entire balanced ecosystem of all kinds of animals—from large ones to microorganisms—that are necessary for the forest’s survival. When you wreak havoc, animals lose their habitats, microorganisms are released into the air, contaminate your bodies, and diseases emerge, because the imbalance is so great, but people keep cutting down the forest. So we’re reaching a point where there’s nothing left for us to do; as I said, we’re already at our maximum capacity.
If you stop to think about it: Could the planet run out of oxygen? This may not happen because of the ascension, but if it weren’t for the ascension of planet Earth, this planet would die, along with everyone living on it—because who would produce the oxygen? Industries? That’s a joke, because in order to produce oxygen, they would have to release the byproducts of their reactions into the atmosphere—or somewhere else. The imbalance would simply occur and continue.
So, I’m not here to take a stand for or against anything; we just need people to be aware of what is being done. Of course, many people here aren’t contributing to this; no one here has ever cut down a tree or cleared any land, but we need to be aware of the issue. Will you want a house in a place where there’s a tree—where your conscience lies? With so many places on the planet, do you really want to cut down yet another tree?
So, it’s the little things that gradually change the way you think. There are many places on the planet that can be inhabited without deforestation, so why choose the very places that need to be cleared? So, it is up to each person’s conscience, in their daily lives, to nurture this, because this awareness grows and permeates the collective unconscious. People need to be aware of the harm they cause when they cut down a tree. “Oh, it’s just another tree,” but that one tree has ceased to fulfill its role in nature; it has disrupted the balance, because all trees are connected. It may have deprived many birds of their homes, forcing them to rebuild their nests, and caused many other consequences that result from the removal of each tree.
So, we just need to raise awareness and help put a stop to deforestation. So, you might ask me, “But I don’t have much to do.” I understand that, often, you don’t choose the leader who ends up in office; you choose someone else who, precisely because of their enlightened ideas, doesn’t win, I understand, but then, hold on to your own consciousness, because each consciousness, when connected to another, creates a greater consciousness.
So, if you’re aware that you shouldn’t cut down forests, spread that message, lead by example, make your stance clear, and gradually you’ll inspire others to adopt the same idea, and it will spread across the planet. Consciousness doesn’t form on its own, out of thin air; someone has to spark a thought and begin to expand on it, start sharing that idea, and then that idea spreads.
So, be mindful; stay mindful.
Today, I take care of that vast forest; there are many others on the planet, but none is under as much threat as the Amazon Rainforest—from power, from greed, by those who know exactly what to do to harm humanity. There are countless reasons, and many people believe them. “Oh, the world is hungry; we need to grow food so everyone can eat.”
Is the planet hungry, or are the animals hungry? Who is hungry? Humans throw away more food than they eat. Who is hungry? These are twisted, empty arguments that only serve to fuel power and greed.
The planet does not suffer from hunger; food is poorly distributed by those who grow it—but they do not grow it for people; they grow it for animals. So, we need to raise awareness, we need to spread that awareness, and we need to debunk those arguments that don’t hold water, many people need to wake up and realize that they’re just perpetuating the same old cycle, but there is hope; however, for that hope to truly take root, humanity must learn, humanity needs to understand the harm it is causing to nature. And, unfortunately, humanity will come to understand this, Not with words—what will happen will be powerful enough for humankind to finally learn to respect nature.
Fear not. Each person’s heart determines their path.
If you respect nature, nature will never attack you. And it’s not punishment, it’s not retaliation—it’s a return; everything has its return. “So, those who fuel all this imbalance will face the consequences, whether they like it or not.”
Yes, my brothers and sisters, it is consciousness—it is Miguel, once again. Consciousness is something very important right now for all the inhabitants of this planet. You need—you need to nurture people’s awareness of what is right, of what is important.
Many of you find it exhausting to stay in a high vibrational state all the time. I agree, it’s not easy, because the world keeps spinning in a way that throws them off balance all the time, But there are small things you can do in your daily lives that will help you gradually become more and more immune and shielded from what’s happening around you.
Does something happen that you don’t like, or that comes your way—no matter what it is—and you feel compelled to get caught up in that energy? Every problem that comes your way—that engulfs you—you can look at it in many different ways, because when a problem arises, it usually comes with a strong energy, almost knocking you down, shaking you, it’s so powerful, and then you lose your balance.
So, that’s the first lesson.
When a problem arises and throws you off balance, stop, take a deep breath, take a moment to calm down, and say, “This problem doesn’t affect me.”
“Oh, my Archangel, but you didn’t say the word.” Yes. So, I’m going to tell you this.
The word “no” has a very complex connotation. You’re doing something—let me digress for a moment—you’re doing something, you try to do something, and you say, “I can’t.” What are you telling the Universe? “I can’t do it,” “I’m weak,” “I’m someone who can’t do it.” So, the Universe says “Amen,” and it’s going to help you fail, because that’s what you put out into the universe—you blurted out a phrase, just like that, without any context, using the word “no.” And that phrase took on the meaning it has: negation.
So, let’s go back to where I was.
The problem arose—what did you do? First, you took a breath. When you took a deep breath, you inhaled Light. Then, you illuminated what you were about to say. “This problem doesn’t affect me” because the phrase will be highlighted, not taken out of context. So, you’re telling the problem, “You’re weak, you don’t exist, and I’m going to solve you easily.” And that’s exactly what will happen.
“Is it really that easy, my Archangel?” Yes. The problem is that you deify the problem, put it on a pedestal, make it seem as big as the world, and when you look at it, you feel small, weak, and incapable of solving it. Now, if you take the problem and make it really tiny, and tell it, “You’re nothing, you’re small, you’re silly—I’m going to solve you.” The problem shrinks, and you can solve it easily.
So, the problem each person faces is as big as you make it. If you make it huge, it will be huge; if you make it small, it will be small.
So, learn to live this way; view the problem for what it really is—or better yet, make it seem smaller than it is—so that you can solve it easily.
Someone arrives, and you’re feeling great—you woke up feeling good, cheerful, happy, and grateful to the Universe for being alive; you’re radiating joy and laughing for no reason. Then someone comes along and starts telling you a bunch of stories—but not funny ones, stories of pain, suffering, and problems—so you keep listening to her, and suddenly you find yourself caught up in the other person’s problems, you already giving your opinion on the other problem, and feeling just as angry as she is; you already gotten caught up in everything she told you. “No, that’s exactly it—you’re right.” In other words, you took responsibility for the problem.
So, what should you do? I’d say, if someone comes over to tell you a bunch of things, I could say you should be rude: “Excuse me, I have something else to do.” Turn around and walk away.
She’s really going to be pretty upset, because she won’t have anyone to vent all her problems to, but if you want to be polite, you’ll just say: “I’m sure you’ll be able to find a way out.” And with that, she turns around and walks away.
My brothers and sisters, you don’t have to be anyone’s confidant; you don’t have to listen to anyone’s problems. “Oh, my Archangel, but I need to be friends with that person.” Oh, oh, that’s his problem, not yours.
So, okay. If you want to be a friend and want to listen, take that deep breath again, fill yourself with Light, and go straight to the Divine Presence, and stay there, listening, if you want to, But you’re in the Divine Presence, and then the person will say something like, “But aren’t you going to say anything?” “No, I’m just listening.” Then you can give that answer—the one I gave the other time when I said, “I’m sure you’ll find your way.” “Oh, but I want your opinion.” “No, it’s your decision.”
You don’t have to give your opinion on someone else’s problem, because tomorrow, if the advice you gave doesn’t work out, it will come back to haunt you: “Man, I did what you said, and it backfired on me.” Serves you right—you shouldn’t have said anything in the first place.
So, my brothers and sisters, let’s put an end to this—we all have our own problems, it’s not your problem—after all, you already have your own to deal with; you don’t want to have to deal with someone else’s problems as well.
So, let’s learn to be silent in the Divine Presence, just listening—not to be rude, but to be a friend. All right, you listen, and I guarantee you this: What will the other person think? “Gee, I talked a lot, I told him(her) about my problems, and all him(her) said was that I’ll find the answer myself.” “Oh, I’m not going to say anything else.” Look, that’s great—he’ll never tell you anything again, because you won’t say anything.
Do you realize what you’ve achieved? Do you get it? Do you understand that this is why you don’t meddle in other people’s lives—and why you don’t go around listening to other people’s nonsense? É assim, meus irmãos e irmãs.
Human beings are really funny—they don’t like to suffer alone; they want everyone around them to suffer with them. When they feel pain: “Oh, my, the pain.” Someone else comes along: “Oh, I’m in pain.” Then another one comes along: “Oh, I’m…” And they spread their pain to everyone, because everyone has to feel the same pain they do.
Yeah, that’s just how you guys are—it’s amazing. The pain is yours—why does the other person need to know you’re in pain in order to feel sorry for you? Because that’s the only thing the other person is going to say: “Poor thing, you’re in pain.” The pain is yours; you created it. So the other person has nothing to do with it—why do you have to take your pain out on them? Keep it to yourself; you created it.
Oh, that’s another important point.
You run into someone: “Wow, today I’m feeling this way and that way—I have this illness and that one. Oh, I got tested.” And he (she) dumps the entire medical report on you.
What do you have to do? Take a deep breath, Divine Presence: “Aham, aham.” And don’t say anything—just stick with “Aham.” Don’t say anything—what are you going to say? “Wow, your cholesterol is high. Wow, you’re really sick.” Are you a doctor? No? Then just say, “Oh, really?”
My brothers and sisters, let’s stop spreading negative things. It’s hard to find someone who says, “I’m going to tell you a joke to make you laugh.” It’s hard—no one stops to tell the other person a joke, to make them laugh, or to pull a prank. No, they only goes to the other person to say bad things, to tell a bad story.. Oh, and to gossip. “Did you see that, so-and-so? Wow, did you see that?” And you: “Uh-huh,” just “Uh-huh.” You’re not going to say anything back, you’re not: “Well, no, I think…” You don’t think anything; what the other person thinks is their problem—you don’t think anything. Understand that.
“Oh, my archangel, but at this rate, soon no one will talk to me anymore.” So I ask you: “What did you gain from each of those who came to talk to you?” One came to tell you about an illness, another came to tell you about a problem, and yet another came to tell you some gossip. What did you gain from it? What positive energy did you receive? None. And you’re complaining because you’re losing friends? So, my friend, the choice is yours, the choice is yours. Do you want to keep your energy high? So, keep hanging out with your friends, listening to everything, sharing your opinions, and gossiping with them, because—interestingly—when we say things like, “You need to change your habits,” many of you. Then, I hear a lot of people say, “What habits? Oh, I don’t do anything wrong.” No. Then, five minutes later, they’re badmouthing someone else; a little while after that, they’re complaining about something; a little while after that, they’re listening to and talking with someone about something that won’t raise the vibration—but they don’t realize what wrong habit they’re forming.
It’s these habits, my brothers and sisters, it’s these habits that knock you off your rhythm, out of that high vibration.
And then there are those… ah, this is a really interesting point.
Turn on the radio. My God, what is it that you’re listening to? I’ll tell you this.
Humanity is coming to an end just because of music. First, because the music has been completely distorted to affect its waters.
Understand this. If you’re not familiar with it, look up “The Effect of Words on Water.” Search for it online—it’s the experiment where scientists take a drop of water, say only beautiful things, and observe the water under a microscope. It behaves perfectly; it forms perfect geometric shapes.
Then you say a bunch of negative words to the water. It doesn’t form anything; it loses its shape.
And remember, you’re 70% water.
So, you turn on the radio and hear the song: “No, because I’m suffering, I love, I don’t know what.” And the singer is almost crying from so much pain. How are your waters? Just like the feeling he’s giving off, because they’re responding to that vibration.
And I’m not going to talk about other rhythms. Heavy rhythms, really strong beats, really change the way you feel—a lot. And then you feel bad, without knowing why. Interesting. It’s the same thing—the lyrics of the songs, my brothers and sisters, are important. Many of you listen to foreign music: “Wow, what a beautiful song.” You don’t know the language, and you listen to it all day long without knowing what’s being said in the background. Have you ever been curious enough to look it up? Because if you look at the lyrics, you won’t be listening.
Do you realize how everything is designed to attack you in some way? Nothing is done to improve things, nothing is done to create balance—everything is done to create imbalance.
So, do you guys feel anxious, nervous, out of sorts, and so on? I could go on about this all day.
So, to sum it up, what’s important?
It is important to be selective, to always be fully present in what you hear, to always be aware of what you are hearing, and, above all, of what you are saying. Ah, and there’s another point: thinking, too, because a lot of people here think, “Oh, I’m thinking—no one knows what I’m thinking.” And I’d say to you, every thought you have is a little wave of energy, and that little wave—you’ve sent it out. And if you’ve sent out negative energy toward someone, it will come back to you—and you think you didn’t do anything wrong? That’s a sweet illusion, because it will come back to you.
So, be mindful of what you think, what you say, and what you do, so that you can maintain a high vibration.
And so, once again, I hear many people saying, “That’s exhausting.” It really is, but if you develop new habits, it eventually becomes second nature, And suddenly, you won’t even have to pay attention to what you need to do—you’ll do it almost automatically.
And that’s how you keep your energy high, because I’m going to show you what your day is like.
You usually wake up during the night; your souls wander, have encounters with Beings, are taught, are cleansed—all the work that needs to be done is done during the night. So, you wake up at a very high vibration. Why do you think so many of you here wake up between 3 and 4 in the morning? Because you’re at the peak of your vibration. It’s the time when, so to speak, everything done with the soul comes to an end. So, you often receive messages, you’re woken up out of the blue, and then you find yourselves wondering: “Why did I wake up?” There’s no reason—it’s just that sometimes the vibration is so strong that the body wakes up without any specific reason. So, in the morning, you’re still feeling that energy.
Then you wake up, say “good morning,” all smiling, and then one person shows up, then another—a little annoyance here, a little there. So, you wake up on that nice day, all smiles, and then one thing happens, then another—a little annoyance here, a little there. So, it’s as if you were at the top of a mountain, then someone comes along and annoys you, you slip, there’s a cliff right in front of you, and you keep slipping, keep slipping, keep slipping, all day long, keep slipping. There comes a point when, deep down, because you take on so many problems, you lose all the positive energy you gained overnight.
Then some people say, “Gee, I don’t get anything, I don’t hear anything, I don’t see anything.” Of course, they’re always at the far end of the canyon—they’re not tuned in to receive anything.
Then some people say, “Gee, I don’t get anything, I don’t hear anything, I don’t see anything.” Of course, they’re always at the far end of the canyon—they’re not tuned in to receive anything. Or do you think a Being of Light would come to someone with a low vibration? No, unfortunately, it wouldn’t. So, then you go back to sleep, and then, in a flash, you ascend, and you go to sleep, and the whole process starts all over again—the soul being cleansed, being taught, blah-blah-blah, blah-blah-blah—and the vibration rises once more.
So, why not try to keep this vibe going throughout the day? And it is by maintaining this vibration throughout the day that you receive insights, messages, and flashes of inspiration. Don’t expect to receive enlightened ideas while you’re in a low vibrational state—it’s impossible.
So, choose the songs you’re going to listen to; listen to uplifting songs with high energy and high vibrations; listen to songs where you understand what’s being said and know that there’s a positive message in them. “Oh, but I don’t like those songs.” Well, then there’s nothing I can do—there’s nothing to be done. They’re choices—those famous choices—you choose what to experience.
You have a yard in the back of your house, close to your house; it’s even. You can walk on the grass, and you can even lie down on it and just relax there, but toward the far end of your yard, it’s a bit damp, so if you step there, you’ll get mud on your feet. So, if you choose to step in the mud, you’ll get your feet dirty; if you choose to stay on the grass, you’ll even be able to lie down on it.
So, my brothers and sisters, it’s a choice. Do you want to stay in the mud? Stay in the mud, but don’t complain about not getting anything. Everything is compatible. Now, if you’re lying on the dry grass, connected to the earth, you’ll be able to receive a lot.
So, many of you still keep saying, “My life isn’t moving forward; oh, I’m so miserable.” So, I’ll ask you a question: What have you been doing to move your life forward? Have you changed the choices you make? Have you been making better choices about your path? Have you chosen a path of light, or are you still doing everything you used to do back then?
So that explains why your life isn’t moving forward—because when you vibrate at a high frequency, life flows, life flourishes, life improves, and the life around you improves as well, because you start to attract more enlightened people, However, as Mary said, there will always be someone who comes to extinguish your Light—there always will be. They haven’t disappeared from your world; on the contrary, they’re quite angry because they’re losing their power, so they want to cause as much trouble as possible. But if you stay grounded in your energy and your balance, nothing can touch you. That is true wisdom.
Recite mantras every now and then. When you feel like your energy isn’t right, I’ve already taught you: “I am Light,” three times. It clears away any negativity around you. It’s an incredibly powerful mantra, and you don’t have to say it out loud—just say it in your mind, and everything around you that’s negative energy will shatter.
So, stay alert—this is the moment to stay mindful, to stay present. That’s why we talk about it so much: stay present. Why? To identify each step, because if you’re rushing around with your mind racing, you won’t notice a thing, and before you know it, you’ll be right there, in the middle of the mud, with mud almost up to your neck.
So, you need to be present and mindful at all times. Tiring? Tiring, but necessary. You want to grow, don’t you? So, you have to put in the work; you can’t just meditate in the morning and meditate at night and think you’re making progress, because sometimes you do, and sometimes you don’t—it goes back and forth like that. That’s how your day goes. You make progress and then slip back, make progress, and slip back—that’s how you spend the whole day. So, that bit of progress you made at night, you lose during the day. What progress did you actually make? None.
So, do you want to keep what you have? Do what it takes: be present, don’t get involved, and distance yourself from anything that doesn’t bring you good energy. Lose your friends? Oh, you’ve already lost so many, and you’re going to lose many, many more. And I’ll say more: your families are going to start forgetting about you. It’s interesting—it’s interesting how, all of a sudden: “Oh, that’s right, so-and-so exists,” because they’ve already forgotten about you, because the energy is so high that the family doesn’t even remember you anymore. Am I lying? And that’s it. “Oh, my Archangel, but then, do I forget my family?” Well, that’s up to you. If you want to go back to your family, you can spend time with them every now and then—you don’t have to abandon everyone—but make sure you spend time with them, because what will happen? Well, that’s up to you, If you want to go back to your family, you can spend time with them every now and then, you don’t have to abandon everyone either, but learn to be there for them—because what will happen? “Oh, my God, I’m dealing with this and that. Oh, I want to tell you about so-and-so. Oh, this and that”. Know how to position yourself, because that’s what they’ll bring. Don’t forget that they’re on a different vibration, so they won’t talk to you about Sananda’s message, about Mary’s message—no, they’re going to talk about everything I just said a moment ago.
So, if you act all high and mighty, you can be sure people will think you’re full of yourself. “Oh man, so-and-so is getting more and more arrogant.’’ And they’ll keep forgetting about you—how wonderful! You’ll never have to make a move again, because they’ll forget on their own.
Yes, my brothers, unfortunately that’s how it is; the vibration causes this—you begin to be set apart from the others.
There are different levels of vibration, and many of you here are already vibrating at a much higher level than the rest of humanity. Wow, you’ve already climbed so many octaves—don’t go back to the lower ones, because you’re scaling those wonderful levels of that pyramid.
And I assure you, the gifts just keep coming, because you’re vibrating at a high frequency. Those who vibrate at a high frequency receive gifts—they receive many good things. It’s as if everything were beginning to work itself out easily and peacefully, because the Light is at work in everything. That’s what you need to understand.
The higher your vibration, the more the Light acts, the more the Light shines. And if it shines, what happens to the shadow? Go away—the shadows will fade. So why not choose to stay in the Light all the time? Why not choose to vibrate at a high frequency and watch everything work out easily?
Oh, I know—you guys like to suffer. Yeah, human beings have that habit; they like to suffer, they like to feel it in their flesh. “Oh, I have to suffer—because when I suffer, God looks upon me.” That doesn’t make any sense; God is sad when He sees a child choosing to suffer, because He did not create any soul for suffering, that was your choice; you chose to suffer, but let’s put an end to it—let’s put an end to the suffering. At that point, many will say, “But my Archangel, I’m in terrible pain.” Yes, you chose this; your soul chose this. So why not have a little chat with your Divine Presence? Take her aside: “Let’s talk. Look, I don’t want this pain anymore—let’s find a way to heal this. Come on, show me a way for me to heal, because I don’t want to suffer anymore.”
Guys, you’re the ones in charge of your own bodies. So, if you want to heal, talk to the Divine Presence, your Higher Self, your Monad—whatever you want to call it. Put an end to the suffering. Why continue? You guys like it—you like to suffer.
So, here’s what I’m going to say: you guys like to have something to talk about. When you meet someone: “Oh, I’m in pain today, right here.” Then the other one replies, “Oh, mine’s acting up today.” It’s just to have something to talk about. All we ever talk about is illness. Man, it’s incredible, incredible—all we ever talk about is illness.
Why not change the subject? “Look, I’m going to teach you something important. Talk to God in your heart.” Yeah, because people don’t know what the Divine Presence is. So you come along and say: “I don’t want to suffer anymore; I want to be cured of this illness; I want to stop feeling pain.” “Talk to God, who is in your heart.” Then she’ll say something like, “But God isn’t in my heart—God is up there.” Yeah, that makes it hard, but you try anyway, right? Because, sometimes, we have to—or maybe not us—you, have to tweak the words a little so people can understand, but that’s the idea, folks. Give it a try—what’s the harm in trying it out, in talking to the Divine Presence: “Look, let’s take a break from this pain—enough is enough, I’m tired of it. I’ve realized that I hurt myself, that I made the wrong choice; I’ve understood all of that now, and I want to heal.”
Let’s go, everyone—let’s try to do something for yourselves; now is the time. You’re in charge—you are consciousness, and consciousness is what guides us. If you believe in the disease, it’s right there, going strong.
Believe in healing, but not that kind of belief: “Oh, okay, I’ll do it, fine. Oh, I’m going to get better, okay, okay, okay, okay.” No, that won’t heal anything. It has to be conscious healing—the kind that comes from someone who believes. “I believe in this.” And you go after it, you fight for it.
Now, there’s always a “but,” right? Don’t expect this to happen in the blink of an eye either. “My Divine Presence, I want to be healed.” And immediately the pain disappears. No, guys, you’re funny—you just go on and on. It’s the same thing as those people who are on a diet. I find it really interesting. They eat like there’s no tomorrow—isn’t that how you say it? I don’t know if that expression exists. You eat until they can’t eat anymore—everything that makes you gain weight—and then you look in the mirror and say, “I’m going to go on a diet.” Then the diet starts—for just one day—because by the next day, it’s already over; you’ve eaten everything all over again.
Guys, what’s going on with you, that you’re so out of balance going back and forth? Believe in something and do it. It doesn’t work that way. That’s why you have to understand that everything that happens to you is something you create yourselves. If you gain weight, it’s because you eat too much—and you eat the wrong things. If you get sick from what you eat, it’s the same thing. Why not choose to eat healthy? Guys, it’s not the end of the world. Of course, every now and then you can slip up a little, okay, but it’s not about slipping up every day—you have to be mindful of what you eat, and you guys just stuff yourselves with junk food.
So, you see, it’s a topic where one thing leads to another, and another, and another—and I could keep talking about this until tomorrow—but the important thing, to sum it up, is that you be mindful—mindful of what you think, what you say, how you act, and what you eat. It’s all about awareness, my brothers and sisters. With awareness, you can achieve anything; you vibrate at a high frequency, and when you vibrate at a high frequency, even your bodies improve—illnesses begin to disappear because the imbalance ends. Understand this!
You have everything to gain by vibrating at a high frequency, because everything becomes Light, and even your diseased cells are illuminated, and the disease begins to fade away. So, move toward that, seek out this high vibration, and seek balance in every way.
I realize it can’t be easy—I don’t live as a human being—but I understand what the world around you is like. I understand—I understand that it’s not easy to eat healthy when you’re away from home; I understand, because there aren’t many options available. You find yourselves in a new setting, and, unfortunately, you have to adapt to it. You go to a party—will there be exactly what you usually eat at the party? No, there’ll be exactly the things you shouldn’t eat. So what are you going to do? Are you going to starve? No, you’ll eat, but you’ll eat a balanced meal. “Oh, well, since today I’m going to eat everything I’m not supposed to, I’m going to eat everything.” I liked that—“throwing in the towel.” What does “throwing in the towel” have to do with food? There are certain things I really don’t understand, but that’s okay—I get the idea: it’s about taking it a whole lot further, so that’s fine. So, you go overboard, eat everything, drink everything, and then the next day: “I need to get back on my diet.” And so it goes.
So, my brothers and sisters, we need to take a lighter approach to much of what is said. You need to be aware of this; you need to find balance, It shouldn’t be a balance—neither too much of one thing nor too much of the other. Want to listen to some music, just a little? Okay, go ahead, and then listen to something with a high vibration. Your energies will come into balance.
So, always try to go from less to more. If you’ve eaten more than you should have, drink plenty of water, eat some fruit, and spend the next day eating lighter meals. So, always keep that balance in mind, and that way you’ll be able to maintain it, and, little by little, you’ll start to change.
Change doesn’t happen overnight, my brothers and sisters. It happens gradually, but it needs to be consistent so that you can gradually develop new habits. Nothing happens overnight—nothing at all—but it takes repetition, determination, consistency, diligence, and commitment.
My brothers and sisters, change is necessary—don’t think it isn’t. We must change; you must change our attitudes, your habits, your thoughts, your words, and your diet.
Everything must change so that you can vibrate at a high frequency, because otherwise—remember what I said—it’s a narrow pass, where you are in the morning, up there—you spend the day, come down, then go back up again—and you stay that way the whole time: losing and winning, losing and winning, losing and winning. In other words, you don’t move forward; you stay in the same place, every day, and you don’t raise your vibration.
And to wrap things up, I would say the following.
Does doing all the exercises we’ve been given actually help? Of course it does—you shouldn’t even have to ask—but to keep them up, you have to keep your energy high, because otherwise, everything will just go back to the way it was.
So, change is needed—in every aspect, in every way
Today, a very interesting question was asked here, and I heard it: whether the experiences I’ve been through could happen again. Every day, you are at a certain level; depending on your journey, you keep rising, attuning to new vibrational frequencies. So, if you stay in that process of vibrating at a high frequency, you’ll keep rising higher and higher—with each step, you rise a little more. So, for many people, repeating a process sometimes becomes unnecessary. Why? Because these are processes that were designed to raise your vibration when you were really down. But you’re not prevented from doing them—you can do them—but I would say it won’t yield much of a result.
Let me give you an example.
Those who did Walk I, those who did Walk II—and now they’re doing *The Chalice*. “Oh, I’m going to redo Walk I.” Don’t waste your time, because Walk I was the first step on the journey. Now, if you want to repeat a Walk, repeat Walk II—that’s when you’ll clear out anything else you’ve already created. I didn’t make sense at that moment, you see? But you can repeat II. Who did *The Chalice*? Can you repeat *The Chalice*? You can, no problem, and you’ll be repeating *The Chalice* on a different level—not the same one you were on when you did it the first time—so it will yield different results. Do you see?
Now, what’s the most important thing about all this? Something you must never forget.
Ask the Divine Presence, because it might suddenly say, “No, don’t do that.” And why might it say, “No, don’t do that”? Because, perhaps, tomorrow or next week, you’ll be more ready to do it a second time.
So, no matter the reason, what matters is that, whatever you set out to do—whether it’s your first time or not—ask the Divine Presence, because it knows whether you’re ready or not.
A lot of people rush into everything that comes along, and then they do it and don’t feel any different. “Oh, I think this process here—I don’t know—because I didn’t see anything.” It’s not the process; you just weren’t ready. Let’s say the process was here (above), and you were here (below)—so it didn’t work out; you weren’t in the right mindset to do it.
So, if you didn’t feel anything, ask your Divine Presence when you should repeat it, because it will be necessary. Do you understand?
You need to get into the habit of asking the Divine Presence about everything: “When should I do this? Should I do it now? Should I do it later? Should I not do it at all?” And the Divine Presence might say, “No, you must not do that.”
And then you’ll ask yourself, “Why can’t I do it?” Because you’re not ready—maybe you’d have a very strong reaction to that process—so now isn’t the right time. Learn to be patient.
The problem isn’t the process; the problem is whether or not each of you is able to do it at this moment.
So, be… ‘’wait a minute’’, she’s trying to find the right word… be kind to yourselves—that wasn’t the word I was looking for. Be careful, that’s right, take care of yourselves—be careful not to get caught up in something that isn’t right for the moment.
Everything is a journey, my brothers and sisters, in which you, too, are climbing the steps. So, always ask the Divine Presence: “Should I or shouldn’t I do this? Is this the right time or not? Should I do it again or not?” Don’t rely on your own judgment. You have a Teacher—the Divine Presence—so act by asking the Divine Presence.
Raise your hand if you don’t know.
Hmm, interesting, very interesting.
So, let’s agree on the following.
After lunch, I’ll lead a meditation where you’ll find out who your Masters are, okay?
So, try not to overdo it at lunch; eat a balanced meal. You’re in the middle of a spiritual gathering, so don’t overload your bodies—eat a balanced meal—and later we’ll do this meditation, okay? Wait for me.
