Dear brothers and sisters of planet Earth! I AM HILARION!

We can always bring knowledge and wisdom to all of you. But it is necessary for each heart to be open to receive what we have to offer. It is not enough for you to simply hear every word, every teaching we bring. It is necessary for the energy that comes with each teaching to be absorbed and understood by your mind. It is of no use for you to merely receive without realizing it. 

It’s like in a classroom. The material is presented, and you just copy it, like a machine. You don’t listen to a single word the teacher said or explained about the subject. You just copy. You don’t interact; you don’t open yourself to receive that teaching. Later on, you are held accountable for that material. And you often blame the teacher himself for not explaining it properly, for not conveying the material correctly. But the one who was absent at the moment he presented the subject was you.

Many of you ask us, why do you do so much and see no return at all? First of all, it is not us you need to ask. You need to analyze yourselves. You emanate the energies of what you want. And it is also you who determine how they are emanated.

It is you who live day to day. It is you who produce the energies you receive, not us. So don’t ask us why. Ask yourself. In which class did you simply copy the material and not pay attention? What subject did you not take an interest in exploring further? And do you want to see results?

The reward is what you learn. And how do you put what you’ve learned into practice? By avoiding everything we’ve advised? By changing your habits, your thoughts, the words you speak, your gestures? That’s how learning happens.

But many people don’t want to know anything about it. They listen, find it interesting, and a minute later have already forgotten what they heard. And why? Because they listened with their minds. They didn’t listen with their hearts. And another important point: don’t base your own journey on the journeys of others. Everyone has their own. Everyone has a reason for living each moment, for feeling that joy, for receiving that reward. Don’t envy someone else’s life. Change your own. If someone else achieved something, it’s because they acted correctly; and they deserved to have it. What do you do? Nothing. You just envy. 

So it is necessary, my brothers and sisters, that you stop seeing yourselves as eternal victims, because you are not. Each person lives the result of their own actions, ,in this life or others; it doesn’t matter. But let every situation you experience be a lesson, so it is not repeated. 

Do you want to change your life? Change yourself, from within. Do not blame others. Do not beg God the Father/Mother for a solution. The solution lies within you. We do not perform miracles. Miracles are performed by you, not by us. Pay attention to this. 

The treatment I brought today is very simple… And also, it is another important point. Do not place healing solely in the hands of techniques or energies. You must believe in what you do. You must know how to walk.  And yes, you will be healed.

So for today, here’s what I’d like you to do: Take a glass of water. Draw a circle—it doesn’t matter how you do it—and color it green. Each of you will do it your own way. It has to be the color green. You can use a piece of paper that’s already green; that’s fine. You’ll draw a small circle, because you’re going to place the glass of water on top of this circle.

“Oh, but this circle is nothing. There’s no energy there!” Wait. I’m not done yet.

So, place the green circle, the glass of water on top—an ordinary glass, ordinary water, nothing special. You can cover the glass with a napkin, with something that keeps it covered, and you will say the following:

“Master Hilarion! May this water bring balance and Light to my body.”

That’s all. You can do this in the morning and drink it at night, before going to sleep. Not the other way around. Not preparing it at night and drinking it in the morning. It’s preparing it in the morning and drinking it at night. And see how your nights will be.
