The Light comes, transforms, cleanses, and fulfills its role. At this moment, much Light surrounds this planet, but we cannot say it is completely illuminated. As we have been saying, low-vibrational egregores are being consumed by the Light that comes and by the Love emanated by each of you.

A new chapter in the history of this planet will be written soon: a chapter of evolution, a chapter of change, but not just for the planet itself; it will be the change of many, of millions, who, at this moment, are preparing or are already ready to follow their evolution journeys. 

The change in your bodies is great because you need to let go of the carbon base and move to the crystalline base. Many think, or cannot understand, when we speak of a crystalline base. Some suppose they will be similar to crystals: no. Therefore, let us understand.

What is a crystal? It is a living consciousness, which expands, has the power of balancing, emanating energies, absorbing energies, and is conscious enough to know exactly what it does or what it must do. To you, it is still very complex when we speak about consciousness. Not all is a physical body.

The universe has many kinds of consciousness, which act on many materials; we can put it that way. So, crystals are one of those kinds of consciousness. Therefore, we can simplify it and say that a crystal is pure energy. It has consciousness and works with energy. It emanates, absorbs, treats, and balances—many functions within a crystalline base, within a firm and hard base, as the crystal is, very well.

What will the crystalline base be within you? You will not become pure energy only. You will keep on having a physical body because the subtlety of a body walks together with its evolution. So, you will be bodies capable of living in another dimension: in the Fifth Dimension. And for you to be able to see each other, you need to keep a certain solidity. You cannot be energy only. Otherwise, you would just be souls walking around the planet. 

Would you have the power to see each other? Yes, you would, but not in this moment. You would not see each other, like the majority does not see souls walking on the planet, but they are there: very elevated souls, souls that are pure consciousness of Love and that are not humanoid. There are millions of kinds of souls, and they are now on the surface of the planet. Some have already evolved and can see them, but the great majority cannot. 

So, you will still go with this carcass you have, and that I also had one day. Today, I do not have a physical body anymore and have already evolved enough to be Light only. However, when I need to be with you, I materialize. We have this ability of condensing our energy so you can see us, as if we gained a body. No, we do not gain a body; we just condense our energy so that it becomes less translucent. Very well. 

So, your bodies are changing. The crystalline base we referred to is an energy base. It is a base that will allow you to be physical or not, as you wish. Either physical or pure energy, as you wish. It will depend on each one’s evolution; it will depend on each one’s journey. This change brings many consequences: consequences that unbalance your bodies. 

So, many of you think you are becoming ill because there is a little problem each moment. Then, you run to the doctor, the doctor does not understand what it is, and you continue each day, perceiving more and more symptoms that have no logical explanation because they come and go. They come and disappear in the same way.

So, why does that happen? Your bodies are absorbing the energy. And what is that energy? It is the Light of the Central Sun: a very high-vibrational and high-powered Light, a Light capable of changing the carbon base to a crystalline base. So, this Light penetrates your bodies and starts to act. There is no physical problem when the way is clear: the Light enters and does not find any kind of obstacle. It penetrates more and more gradually and slowly. 

When it finds an obstacle, it needs to stop, intensify its own power so it can eliminate that obstacle. It cannot remain there. It does not make a turn and transpose the obstacle: no. That obstacle needs to be eliminated. Then, it is when the pain comes. There is something there that needs to be looked at and treated. Then, I would tell you: be careful in those places.

I could even say that, many times, the great majority of times, they are energetic obstacles. They are miasmas that your soul carries from other lives and that, in that moment, the Light is saying: “Look, there is something you need to help me destroy.” Then, if you know any technique, apply it, so that those obstacles start to be broken and the Light continues its descent. 

Remember that it is entering through your Crown chakra and going down in the direction of your feet. At the moment, the Light is mainly acting in the torso, where the main problems are. Arms and legs are simple to solve, because there are no organs inside them, but in the torso, there are. So, so problems—to you they are problems—start to come up. It is something unbalanced here, an exam that tests entirely out of the ordinary there, and you fill yourselves with medication.

We even understand that, in the current context, you have no way of knowing if it is an illness or just the imbalance of Light coming into your body. And I understand that, in doubt, you take the medication, so that, in a while, you have the consciousness that has gone away. Continue taking care of yourselves normally, as you do. 

Look at yourselves with Love. Look at your bodies with Love and, especially, treat the points of pain. Where the pain comes up, there is an obstacle. It is still energy; it is energy that needs to be eliminated so that the Light continues its way, because it is trapped there. That is the term: it got trapped in that obstacle. 

“Oh! But the Light has no power to dissolve it?” It does, and it will in its time, but remember: if there is something that your soul brings, it is an energy that needs to be treated in the soul. It needs to be eliminated by the soul, for the soul, so that that feeling, that pain, whatever it is, goes away and is broken in some moment in the past or maybe in the present, but does not disturb anymore.

So, be careful. Take care of yourselves and do not stop your medication. Continue taking your medication anyhow. Was it an imbalance? Take care of the imbalance. Do not wish your bodies to be robots that go back to normal by themselves. Because the Light will continue acting, it will continue unbalancing. So, when you medicate yourselves, you help the body to face that new process more easily. And little by little, you balance yourselves. The time will come when the medication will no longer be necessary because that step has already been taken.

So, my brothers, do not feel scared by so many things that are coming up. But, on the other hand, always be careful. Ask the body. You are already learning to work with the pendulum. Therefore, ask: “Body, is this symptom I am feeling an imbalance I should treat with the doctor or not?” Just that and wait for the answer.

If it is something like an illness, it will reply: “Yes”, and you should look for a doctor urgently. Do not put it off for later; do not delay it. It is your health; it is your body. Now, if it replies “No”, trust it. It is a momentary imbalance, which you should treat nonetheless. You should treat it because that imbalance you are feeling today is being caused by the change of the Carbon base to the crystalline base. If you do not take care of it, it might really become a problem in the future.

So, this is the moment to take care of you. If you do not have a technique, search for someone who has it. These symptoms must be looked at with affection, so that you understand why it is coming. I hope I was very clear to all of you.

This body needs attention and Love.

And, at this moment, I turn entirely towards my body.

And remember, my brothers, balance is everything, especially mental balance. That is what causes most illnesses you have. Remain in balance; remain calm. Breath deeply, constantly. That helps each of you to enter balance, to center, to embrace yourselves with each Light ray that comes.
