My dear brothers and sisters, I am Metatron.

Today, we meet once again to send Love and Light to planet Earth.

I ask each of you now to put everything else aside, sit comfortably, and begin to clear your minds. Breathe, breathe deeply.

Remember that breathing is the easiest way to relax and clear your minds.

Feel the air entering through your nose and exiting through your mouth. Breathe several times in this way.

Hold the Mandala in front of you or in front of your body. For those sitting without a table, place it on your lap—it doesn’t matter.

Continue breathing and clearing your minds. Forget everything else; forget your doubts; forget what will happen tomorrow or later. Think only of the present moment, of the now; tomorrow will come tomorrow.

Keep breathing, and now visualize the planet Earth in front of you, as large as each of you chooses to make it. Small, large—but a size that’s comfortable for your hands to rest on the sides. Then, wrap your hands around the planet from the sides, toward the Tablet, toward the Mandala.

The planet should be spinning above the Mandala, with your hands on the sides.

Feel the planet’s energy vibrating in your hands, and all the energy being released by each Code of Light on the Ascension Board.

Each Code illuminates a part of the planet, penetrating its core and emerging from the top. So Gaia is being enveloped by all the Codes.

Now imagine that a ray of pink light emanates from your heart and travels across the planet from one side to the other. This ray grows larger and larger until its diameter is almost equal to that of the planet held in your hands.

Repeat after me:

“I radiate Love to Planet Earth.

I radiate Love to every brother and sister on Planet Earth.

I radiate Love to every animal on Planet Earth.

I radiate Love to the entire surface of the planet, to the mountains, to the rocks.

I radiate Love to all vegetation on the planet.

I radiate Love to every animal that walks on the planet’s surface or that flies or swims within the planet’s waters.

I radiate Love to the oceans.

I radiate Love to the planet’s atmosphere.

I radiate Love to all the Intraterrestrial Beings.

And I radiate Love to all the brothers and sisters who are around the Earth.”

The Light that emanates from your heart illuminates the planet.

Now, imagine that directly from the Source, from the heart of God the Father/Mother, a ray of Light emerges and penetrates the planet from top to bottom, enveloping the entire planet, enveloping every living being on the planet’s surface or within its depths.

Feel, each one of you, the energy of the Light of God the Father/Mother, because at the same time, you are radiating, but you are also receiving. And this magnificent, powerful, intense Light penetrates every being, every corner, every point of the planet, eliminating the shadows, eliminating everything that is not Light. Filling every heart with all of His Love, with all of His Light.

Consequently, each of you, receiving all this Light, all this Love, is giving back and radiating it to the planet, forming a great current of Love and Light. You receive and radiate, receive and radiate, receive and radiate, and Gaia becomes increasingly illuminated.

The negative egregores are being destroyed. The points created on the planet that do not radiate Light are being destroyed by Love and Light.

Stay steadfast on this Journey, stay steadfast in this purpose, and you will see the results in your lives, in your neighborhoods, in your cities, in your countries.

The Light is sweeping across this planet. Love is sweeping across this planet. And everything, everything, will be happening very soon.

The Light of God the Father/Mother dissipates.

The Light of your hearts remains, intense, elevated.

Little by little, the image of Gaia fades from view.

Place your palms flat on the Tablet, finishing the transmission.

However, your hearts will remain illuminated for quite some time; all you need to do is continue vibrating Light, vibrating Love.

Any of the Meditations performed by each of us—Melchizedek, Archangel Michael, and Metatron—can be repeated as many times as you wish, at any time, on any day, because they carry our energy.

Then it will protect any of you who do the Meditation.

Fear nothing, fear nothing.
