Everyone is living through intense moments—sometimes joyful, sometimes not. But the most important thing right now is to observe. It is to be seated at the top of a great lighthouse, with a wide view, looking at everything—if possible, even with a lens, so that you can observe each moment in detail.
Do not understand this to mean that you must physically go to a lighthouse to look. This is a figurative way of saying that this is a time for observation. And it is meant to be both broad and detailed.
It is necessary to observe every feeling, every word, every thought experienced in the moment. Not afterward, not tomorrow. Not to let it go. It is to ask yourself constantly: “Why did I feel this? Why did I think this? Why did I react this way?” Do not ask others. Ask yourself—your own consciousness. And at this moment, I am speaking of human consciousness, not Divine Presence.
Do you understand that you still live on Earth? That you live in a dense dimension? Then it is consciousness that is responsible for all thoughts, words, and actions. So ask yourself—your human consciousness—why. What made you have that thought, to speak that word, or to act in that way?
And do not see this as an exercise in punishment, nor as one of judgment. This is an exercise in learning and evolution. Because when you become aware of something and can analyze it, you learn—or you don’t. Many times you know you are making a mistake, but think: “Oh, this is a small mistake. It won’t bring me any harm.” Unfortunately, that is not how it works. Every small misstep has consequences.
That is why this is a time for observation, learning, understanding, and above all, making new decisions. To follow a different path, or to remain on the same one, believing there will be no consequences.
Everything around you pulls you away from this state of observation. Distractions are many, temptations are strong. But each moment must be lived intensely—with awareness. Believe me, it is not an easy process. For many, it is tiring, tedious, even boring. But I ask you: does evolution not include what you experience in this dimension? You chose to live all of this. And for that, you lowered your vibrations. Now do you want to leave it at the same level? That is not possible.
Change is necessary. It is necessary to be in another vibration. It is necessary to learn to live in the Light. And we are not speaking of perfection—of becoming evolved beings in the blink of an eye. It is a journey. That is why we call it a journey—because it is step by step. No one reaches a distant place with a single leap. There are steps. Paths traveled, in whatever way.
You may choose to go on foot, by car, or by airplane—but you cannot leap instantly to a distant place you desire. Movement is required. So let us speak of going step by step. And I tell you: no one will fulfill the originally required path to be in the Fifth Dimension. But we can say that there will be a point along the path that will allow you to enter, and go through certain learnings and tests, so that you may truly affirm: “We are in the Fifth Dimension!”
So, my brothers and sisters, it is step by step. Do not try to take a step larger than you can. A solid, firm foundation is needed to build the path, so that a new step can be taken. Do not build dangerous bridges. Build paths that may be longer, but safer. In this way, you will be sure that you will reach the other side.
Do not take unnecessary risks. Do not test fate. Every moment is crucial for you. Every lost moment will be missed later. So it is necessary to dedicate yourselves, to act with heart, with Love. And the steps will accelerate automatically. You will be able to recover the path you did not build. But effort is required. Willingness is required. And above all, observation is required—so that you truly know the path you are creating.
For this week’s challenge, I leave you with the following: at the end of each day, you will write down all your observations. Not during the day—at the end of the day. And why at the end? Because if you truly observed, you will remember. If, when the day ends, you remember nothing, then you did not observe. It is not an easy challenge, but try. It will be a great exercise.
And to help you in this exercise, I ask the following: at every moment—and let this be applied not just for a few days, but from now on—at each new task, each new beginning, pause. And in that moment ask: “My Divine Presence, is what I am about to do enlightened?” And listen to the answer. Learn this. And you will not regret it.
