My brothers and sisters, today I am not going to talk about recipes, but I want to bring up a very important subject at this moment.

You are part of the Universe. Earth beings are not beings that are disregarded by the Universe. There are thousands of galactic beings here on the planet, living among you, but you do not know it.

Yes, we are here, and these are souls that are not part of this process of incarnating, forgetting, incarnating, forgetting. These are souls who know exactly which path to take on the planet. We have simply been here with you for a very long time, a very long time, waiting for the right moment to act in the ascension of this planet.

It is important for you to understand that, for many people, this is simply a science-fiction fact. So, if you notice, we have been appearing more and more frequently, all over the planet. Before, we appeared in specific places, places that were very common because of the vibration of those locations themselves. Today, we appear all over the planet. And why?

Precisely to provoke all this talk, all these comments, to have your internet showing it constantly, so that it gradually becomes part of the collective unconscious.

It is a shame that many people feed the idea of submission—that we have come here to dominate, to kill, to force you to submit to our will. Many will believe this, and much will be said about it.

So it is up to each one of you who knows the true story to always remain centered in what you believe.

We will appear, yes, more and more. First, with our ships. Then we will come and make contact with some people, initially, and these people will begin to spread awareness of our presence.

Nothing will be imposed. Nothing will be forced. We will give humanity the necessary time to understand that we have come out of Love, that we have come to help you, never for anything else.

And you will learn to know us—to know all the races that exist in the Universe. And there are not just a few, there are many.

You are curious, we understand that, because you have never seen us, you have never had direct contact with us. The contact you have had is through messages. So there is a curiosity that, I would say, is part of human nature: the desire to know us.

Many of us are also eager to see you up close, to be able to touch you, to feel what your skin is like. The feeling is the same.

We are all beings of the Universe. Many of us, as I said, live among you, but the vast majority of those who are here around the planet have never had contact with you.

So, just as you have this curiosity, we have it too.

This little game I play with you with the recipes was a way that we came up with to get closer to you, to bring something familiar to human beings and show you our friendship.

No, I am not lying when I say that I make recipes. We really do. But it was also an excuse I created to generate this wonderful energy that is exchanged between us, because I feel it—we all feel the energy you send when I leave a message.

That is gratifying to me.

No, I have never had contact with an Earth human being. I am on the same level as you.

So I asked to be here today, first of all, to bring an energy of joy that can touch all of you at this moment, and to share with you this feeling, which is mutual on our side.

So you keep thinking, “What will this encounter be like?”

And we think, “What will this encounter be like?”

We look at you and see your auras. We don’t see bodies, we see a bunch of little points of light moving here and there. But we want to see how you speak face-to-face, to be able to greet you, to shake your hand, without frightening one another—you being so small and us being so large.

We Pleiadians are very tall, so it will certainly be interesting.

Do not feel, as you say, like a fish out of water when it comes to the Universe.

You truly know nothing about the Universe yet, but I tell you this: even though you will have many years ahead of you to learn about everything, the Universe is immense, and you will not know where to look or where to decide what to do.

Monotony? Many of you think there will be monotony in the Fifth Dimension?

There are thousands of inhabited planets.

“Which destination would you like to go today?”

And you will have free passage to all the planets of the Galactic Confederation. But if any of you choose to go somewhere you should not, that choice is yours—and the consequence is returning to the Third Dimension immediately.

But there are so many places.

Just as you decide here where to spend your vacation—”Oh, I’m going to spend my vacation in such-and-such a place”—except that it will be another planet.

So it will be a life you have no idea how to imagine. Monotonous? Never.

We who are always together with Ashtar also have no monotony. Don’t think we are here playing cards all day long.

Quite the opposite. Our work is constant because we need to have eyes on the entire planet, monitoring every movement of our brothers and sisters who oppose the ascension.

And you can be certain that there are many such movements, and we have to confront each one of them.

So our work is not about spending a vacation in the skies above planet Earth. We continue to be in battle every day, all the time.

But we already know what to do and how to do it.

And from time to time, we give you a little wink, so that you know we are here.

Our wish would be to show you our Mother Ship. It would be incredible.

They are enormous ships because they contain smaller ships inside them. So they need to be immense.

We exist as beings just as much flesh and blood as you are—just with a little less bone, because we are somewhat more subtle.

We do not have the structure that you have today because we have already evolved, and you will get there too.

No, no one here is going to turn into jelly. You will remain the way you are, but your structure will gradually change over time, becoming more subtle.

That little game of appearing and disappearing, appearing and disappearing—you will be able to do that too.

So when you want to appear, you will simply say, “Ah, I appeared,” or disappear.

This is a property that we have. That is why you do not see us. We are always hidden.

But when we appear, we will be physically close to you.

And this is the moment, my brothers and sisters, that all of us are waiting for.

So it is a mutual, reciprocal feeling—the desire to meet one another.

I could tell you that I have never had contact with a being from the Third Dimension. You will be the first.

And we have been training a great deal so that we can do this, because we will need to lower our vibration so that we do not harm you.

How can a being from the Fifth Dimension, with such a high vibration, approach a being from the Third Dimension without preparation?

If we did not prepare, you would be swallowed up by us, because that is how it works.

But I am not going to swallow anyone.

So we need to prepare. We need to lower our vibration.

And, of course, we will not be able to make contact with just anyone on the planet. It will have to be people who also know how to vibrate at a higher frequency, who are vibrating beyond the Third Dimension.

We will lower our vibration a little, and you will raise yours considerably.

That is how it will happen.

It is nothing like what you see in your movies, where we simply appear, shake hands, and everything is fine.

If it were that simple, we would have already arrived.

This is the great process that needs to take place.

So don’t believe it when you see certain little videos on the internet of us walking alongside human beings.

That does not exist.

If there are specific Beings of Light walking alongside humans, they are beings who are on the planet, as I mentioned earlier, with missions to fulfill.

But they are in the Third Dimension.

Understand that.

All of this that is being shown is false, because it cannot happen that way. Just anyone cannot come close to us.

There are beings who do have contact with your governments, yes. But they are beings who are prepared to exist in the Third Dimension.

How they do this is another matter. It is not for you to understand the process, but it exists.

So this is how contact takes place between your governments and the commanders of the ascension.

Yes, your governments are in contact.

Some like it, others don’t, but they are in contact, and they all know about it.

But power speaks louder.

However, that does not concern us either. I am not worried about it.
