Dear brothers and sisters of planet Earth! I AM METATRON!

I bring the Light of my heart to each one of you. Fill your hearts with this Light. Be Light. With every passing moment, the emanation of Light becomes more urgent. With every passing moment, this emanation becomes more and more necessary.

You need to create a powerful egregore of Light around yourselves. No, don’t think on a grand scale; just think about illuminating those around you; the people in your family; the people who live with you. That alone will be of great value.

There’s no way you can light up the whole planet. But every small egregore that is created within a home—even if they are in different places or even far apart—adds to the total energy on the planet, contributing the power of a large egregore. 

I believe you’ve already learned that nothing you do is in vain. No matter how small it may be, we’ll always turn it into something great. It is always up to us to elevate what you create—what you do for the good of others or the planet—and turn it into something great.

So, always radiate Light. Always radiate Love. Be Light in every moment. Avoid criticism, judgment, and negative comments. Whenever you feel the urge to do something like this, send Light immediately. So that you can learn, little by little, to break these habits. In fact, they’re all habits that you often fall into, even unconsciously. But from now on, you need to be aware of what you’re doing. It’s necessary.

You need to raise your consciousness. You must refrain from commenting, judging, or criticizing. If something bothers you, it has drawn you in somehow. Look within yourself and see if anything resonates. If it resonated with you, it’s because you have the same thing inside you. If it didn’t resonate, but just bothered you, radiate Light, so that the other person may learn to behave more appropriately.

Criticizing him or her won’t make them change; on the contrary, you’ll just be heaping more of the same on them. You have to be very careful. You have to walk uprightly. And only in this way—by being mindful of every step, every thought, every word, and every action—can you quickly raise your Light quotient. This accelerates the process significantly.

It’s no use praying for an hour and then spending the rest of the day doing all the things I mentioned—things that go against the principles of the Light. It won’t do any good. Now you can go about your day, walking in the Light, and take 30 seconds to connect; that will be enough.

Open your hearts to Love. Everything must be Love. Love must be part of everything. There is no other way. Love is Light. Light is Love. Live in the Light and Love, and you will see how much your lives will improve. And you will find that it becomes easier every day to remain within the egregore of Light.

You want to help those around you. Very well. There’s only one way to do that: by being Light, by being Love.
