My sons and daughters, keep your spirits up, keep up the pace of your journey. You are very tired, but you must continue. The path is still long. Do not let yourselves be held back by those who lag on the path. Leave everyone else behind.

No, do not see yourselves as wicked or indifferent. The journey belongs to each of you. Do not delay because of anyone else. Look only to yourselves. Take care of yourselves. Rest as long as necessary, but do not give up. Do not sit still; simply anchor yourselves in that moment.

You must keep going; you need strength. Time, as you know, the future will still bring many things that you will need to be ready to overcome and move forward. Do not let yourselves be carried away by the obstacles, by the stones on the path. You are already strong enough to remove each one of them.

But never forget that you need to take care of yourselves—intensely. Your bodies are energy; they are not just flesh and bone, as you say. Too much energy is also unhealthy. Everything must be in balance. Be mindful of the choices you make.

The Light is intelligent, yes. But everything happens according to your will. So if you bathe in, if you connect excessively with so many energies, the body can’t handle it. As I said, the body is also energy. And how does it respond to excess energy? By becoming unbalanced. But you will say to me: “But aren’t the treatments meant to help us? How do they unbalance us?”

So I’ll make a small comparison. You have an illness and go to the doctor. He prescribes medication and tells you exactly how you should take it. But you, out of desperation, take more than what is recommended. What happens? Your body will respond in some way. You, of your own free will, exceeded what the balance for your body was.

So, in the same way, with energies. You can indeed receive a lot of energy, as long as you are grounded on the planet, because any excess will go to Gaia. She will know how to balance you. Do you realize that it is not the energy that balances you? It all comes from your will.

So, if you want to bathe in energy all day long without being grounded, what happens? Your body can’t handle it. Your internal processes become unbalanced, because you only received; you did not release the excess.

So, my sons and daughters, everything must always be in balance. Do not overdo anything. Listen to the Divine Presence. It is not your will. It will always guide you. Do not forget, my sons and daughters: choices; it is always the choices.

So at this moment, at this point in the journey, where the path grows increasingly difficult, take care of yourselves. Listen to your bodies. Listen to the Divine Presence. So that you may have the strength to reach where you need to go. You have not become immortal. Not yet.

You must respect your bodies. Your journey must be smooth. Understand this. Energies affect your physical structure. And if you aren’t grounded, your body responds with imbalance. Learn to take care of yourselves. You are not machines. Nor are they receptacles that can receive energy all the time without being grounded.

Have love for yourselves. Be careful. You must look at yourselves and love yourselves. Tasks, the outside world—yes, they’re important, but you are more important. Because if you get sick, someone else will do your tasks. It will be chaos at first, but later, everything falls into place. Remember what we’ve already said here: You are not the center of the universe, nor are you irreplaceable.

So, put yourself first. Love yourself, take care of yourself. That way, yes, you will be able to reach the end of this journey.

Today, I will leave you with a very simple practice, one that you can do whenever you remember. Open your hands. I place my cloak in your hands. And every time you remember, take this cloak and cover yourself with it, and stay that way for as long as you like.

When you’re ready to finish, the cloak will disappear, but whenever you remember it, it will return to your hands. While you’re covered by my cloak, ask for nothing, for the Light within it, the Love contained within it, will know exactly what to do. Just use it.
