No, don’t be surprised. Why can’t I come?

Mary will lead the meditation, but I would like to speak to you first.

I would like to say a few things to you.

Today is a major Portal day. Many believe that Portal days are special, and I would say they are right because, as the name suggests, Portals of Light open up, bringing greater awareness and wisdom and filling everyone’s hearts on the planet with Light.

So, with each Portal, the Light becomes more intense, and more people begin to awaken.

According to your calendar, there is a burst of energy every month — or practically every month — bringing more Love and Light to everyone on the planet. Don’t get caught up in trivial news, don’t take on the suffering of others, and learn not to connect with painful energies. If you can help in some way, then by all means do so, but don’t get caught up in that energy or share it.

I can tell you that many unpleasant events will take place on your planet. With each event, you continue to share, comment, and draw in that painful energy. Stop, stop — that’s not the way; you’re taking a shortcut or going down the wrong path.

What happens to a person is inherent to them; what happens to a place is inherent to it. So, do not take on the suffering of others; maintain your balance. You need to learn this because if you connect with the energy of pain and suffering with every event, you lose a little of the Light you possess with each connection. There’s no use crying later.

Take a look at the news and, if you feel so inclined, radiate Light. Send Light to those who have passed away and to those who are suffering from their loss. That is all you can do. Your help is limited to this or an act of solidarity — nothing more. You must not connect with that pain; there must be no suffering.

Everyone has to go through what they have to go through, and everyone is where they’re supposed to be. This has been said many times before.

So, don’t fall into this trap. Don’t delude yourselves and don’t allow yourselves to be affected by these energies. Nothing happens by accident; everything happens for a reason. I’ll just say this: the number of events on the planet will increase significantly. And why? I don’t think I need to spell it out: the planet needs to be cleansed, and you’re making things worse.

Many of you are saying, “But there are children involved.” I’ve said it many times before: children are not childish souls; they are old souls. Many of them choose to leave this world in this way. So don’t judge, don’t comment, and don’t contribute to this energy.

Remember that you are still very much tied to a collective consciousness that has been passed down to you.

Every living being on this planet has a soul. Their clothes or age don’t change that; they are souls that have made choices, and these choices are simply being fulfilled.

So stop suffering over something that is not worth suffering over. What you call ‘death’ is not the end; it is merely the end of the body you wear. Souls continue their journey, each and every one of them, just as you will continue yours, whether as souls or as bodies; there is no difference. Souls are souls.

So, you need to be very careful about what’s happening out there. Just be supportive. If you want to do something, radiate Light and nothing else. Don’t allow yourself to have any other kind of feeling, or you’ll connect with that energy and dim the Light you possess.

Would you want to lose the light you have? Would you like to go back to the start of your journey and then find that you can’t progress any further? It’s your choice.

So, stop it! Stay committed to your personal growth. Everyone is experiencing what they need to; there is no punishment, and no one is superior to anyone else. There are only souls, and with them, choices and consequences. That’s all there is to it. Each person reaps the consequences of their own choices — period.

There is nothing more to say, discuss or experience in this regard. Steer clear of these energies.

It seems like I say things and you forget them. Or you think… I actually understand — you think it won’t affect you. ‘If I feel sorry for someone or suffer for someone who has already suffered, nothing will happen to me.’ But that’s not true, because you connect to the other person’s pain.

There is a Law of Balance. If you connect with that energy, your vibration will lower to balance with it. Do you understand? I hope so.

Well, I’ve made my point.

As I said, today’s meditation on this website will be led by Mary. However, I will begin the meditation.

Can it be done later? Yes, it can. All you have to do is travel back in time: ‘Archangel Michael, take me back to 4:00 p.m. on 7 July 2025 so that I can join everyone else for the meditation.’ That’s all.

Do the meditation and you will be there with everyone else who is here right now.

Regarding the rose: It’s fascinating how creative you all are. I understand that there are places where it’s practically impossible to find roses. Could it be a different colour? No, it can’t. Maria’s rose is white. So if you don’t have a rose, you create one in your mind. Do you understand? Imagine that, at the moment when Mary is holding the rose, there is a white rose in your hands. But you won’t use another rose; you won’t use anything other than a rose. Do you understand that rules are rules? I said a white rose, not a white flower.

So, if you’re asked for a white rose and you don’t have one, just imagine that you do. You can create many things in your mind. Create the white rose at the right moment, but don’t make it anything other than a white rose. Do you understand? I hope so.

So, let’s get started.

I’d like everyone to put their devices down right now, because nobody is going to be looking at the screen. You don’t have to type anything, so just set your device aside. You can either participate by being fully present during the meditation or not participate at all. If you don’t want to participate, just turn your device off.

So, at the moment, you should all feel comfortable with your feet on the ground. It doesn’t matter which floor you’re on or whether you’re on the ground floor. Wherever you are, you are connected to the earth. If you are flying, don’t do the meditation — I’m not joking! If you are on a plane, please do not meditate.

All right. So, keep your feet on the ground.

Connect with the heart of Gaia. Imagine roots extending from the soles of your feet, penetrating deeper and deeper into the earth until they reach its centre.

Can you see how vivid the imagination can be? You are all connected to the heart of the planet.

Right now, Gaia can sense each one of you, and you are all fully connected to her energy.

She sends her loving energy through the roots that connect you to her heart. This energy rises through your legs and fills your lower abdomen, spreading throughout your entire body, including your arms, neck and head.

Feel Gaia’s energy washing over you. Feel the love she has for every living thing on this planet.

Take a deep breath and feel your spiritual heart, located in the centre of your chest, expand as if it were filling with Light.

Now, each of you will anchor your Divine Presence.

I’ll take each of you to the vast field where we always gather.

Today isn’t the day. Tonight, though. While it’s still daytime for some, it’s already night here — a beautiful, moonlit night with lots of stars. The moon is shining down on all of you.

My great army of Light is lined up just as I like it.

Right behind you all is Saint Germain, radiating a beautiful Violet Flame towards you all. This very moment, it is enveloping every one of you, clearing away any low-vibration connections and filling your hearts with more and more Light.

On the right is Sananda. He is enormous, and he envelops this entire army in a great deal of Light and Love with his hands.

I am here on the left side. My Sword is planted in the ground and is radiating the energy of strength and courage that you are all receiving at this very moment. Feel that energy flowing through your bodies.

At the head of this entire army stands she, with her radiant smile and angelic face. She holds a vast Mantle in her hands and covers all of you with it. 

“Dear sons and daughters, at this moment, I am conveying my Love and Light to each one of you through this Mantle, filling your hearts with strength, courage and determination. Do not be disheartened, my children. Your journey is your own; do not compare it to anyone else’s. Each soul’s path is unique, and everyone is experiencing what they have chosen.”

Behind me is a large portal. At the moment, it resembles a huge gate and a high wall with a large, closed semicircular gate.

Every one of you is being prepared, right now, to pass through this portal. It is growing until it becomes an immense gateway, which is opening right now.

Only light—there is so much light on the other side.

Now, I ask each of you to take your rose and place it over your Spiritual Heart. Look at the Light of this Portal and step through it. Do not be afraid. You may choose whether or not to step through.

Go through the Portal.

I’m already on the other side.

If you do not wish to pass through the Portal for any reason, that is fine — just stay where you are. Those on this side will simply see Light — a transformative, powerful Light capable of cleansing your souls and freeing you from the bonds of this dimension, the Third Dimension.

So, I ask each of you who has passed through the Portal of Light to repeat the following to yourselves silently: What do you want to leave behind here? What do you want this Light to purify within you? What feeling? What situation? What fear?

You have a few seconds to share whatever you want to say here.

Right now, all of you are bathed in this Light, which is sweeping away everything you have asked for.

Those who remained on the other side of the Portal will not receive this Light because that is what they chose.

At this very moment, each of you has the opportunity to return to the other side of the Portal.

Those of you who have passed through the Portal, please don’t feel bad, but you will pluck the petals from the rose you are holding at the end of the meditation and place them on the ground.

Symbolically, Gaia will absorb all the energy released — the energy cleansed from your souls. As you pluck the petals from the rose, you will break free from the things that have bound you to those energies. Remove the petals one by one and place them on the ground. If you have potted plants at home, scatter the petals among several pots. If you only have one pot, place all the petals in it. Alternatively, place them somewhere with soil. The petals must return to the earth, as they represent all that has left you. If you keep them, nothing will happen. 

Those who have not passed through the portal and are holding the rose will experience the same thing. Gaia will address the fear you have felt at this moment herself.

If you feel brave enough to go through the Portal again in a few days, go ahead.

If you want to repeat the Meditation because you think you have forgotten something, go ahead, but always hold a rose in your hand because it symbolises what you are leaving behind.

No, the fairies aren’t sad. When a rose is picked for a good reason, the fairies are happy. They don’t like it when you pick them just for decoration — that makes them sad — but they’re happy in this case because they can see the result of their actions.

Believe me, my sons and daughters, you have power. Be enlightened and powerful souls. Do not be afraid of power. When used with Love and for the Light, power is magnificent. So use the power you have. Believe in your ability to change everything, to radiate Light and Love, and to transform the outside world.

I have given you Mantles many times before, but today it will be a different Mantle. Rather than covering your bodies, it will be like a small hat—or rather, a cap—that you will place on your heads. It will help you to see the truth, so that you will not be deceived and will always choose the right path. It will help you always to choose Love and Light. 

I’m putting this hat on each of you now. You may look like babies, but you look beautiful — really beautiful — and you’re all safe and sound.

Don’t be afraid of what you will see, experience or feel. You are evolving, and evolution brings new things. So be ready to embrace them and open your hearts.

I am here before you, kneeling and looking into your faces, feeling the pain you still carry within you. The time has come, my sons and daughters. Let go of the pain; embrace love and joy instead. Release your pain and sorrow, and rise above them. It is necessary, and the time is now. Do not allow yourselves to be consumed by suffering.

Hold on to the Light and fill yourselves with it, and your lives will be filled with nothing but Light.

Follow the path of Love and Light, and you will see how wonderful it is. Let the Light guide you, and you will find us very soon.

I’ll leave you now. Don’t forget what I asked you. Pick the petals off the flowers and roses — don’t keep them. The energy needs to be released, and Gaia will take care of it with great love.

Be ready, my brothers and sisters, for the moment is drawing near. Cast off this burden that brings you nothing but pain and suffering, and free yourselves from it.

Embrace love and light, and you will find your way.
