The reaction must be Strong, and violent, for it all to come out.
Don’t cling yourselves too much to the symptoms that you can be feeling. Right, they will come out, but it will be for a short time, before those energies be effectively treated. The energies that provoke these symptoms. Don’t cling to them. Take care of them if it is necessary.
Many of you are feeling things that do not exist anymore. They are the energies that are coming from the bottom and still are there and need to go, so, they need to come to the surface, but they will disappear soon. Don’t cling to them too much, unless the reaction is too intense.
Drink a lot of water, a lot. Drink solarized water. It is perfect for cleaning your body. Use it. Always use glass and uncolored bottles, but if you don’t have one, at least use a glass bottle. What is the problem of the color? The color changes the waves of the water, and it will act exactly at the chakra that corresponds to the color of the bottle and may superactivate unless you know this activation is necessary.

And drink this water during the day.
Even if there is no sun rays, let the bottle outside. The sun rays pass thru the clouds, and come to you, and they will come to the water, normally. Drink this water, and you will see that it will be much easier for you to handle all these cleanings that are happening. Trust it. Everything worked out.
