My dear brothers and sisters on planet Earth! I AM ROWENA!
As always, I am standing in the middle of my garden, surrounded by pink roses. Come and join me. Join me here. Feel the tranquillity of this place. Breathe in the scent of the roses nd the energy they radiate.
Don’t feel desperate or sad. The journey isn’t easy. There will be many changes. But they are all necessary for your personal growth. You have become so accustomed to so many negative things with low vibrations that you don’t realise the effect each one has. You repeat words, thoughts, and attitudes over and over again today without realising the consequences they bring to your life.
You think everything is normal and fine, that innocent words and meaningless actions are just that. But you don’t know the reason behind each thing. You don’t know where certain phrases came from, why they were created, or what purpose they serve. You’ve become good students. You repeat them, often without knowing why. You just repeat them. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat.
So, let’s be mindful of what we say. Should we think before we speak? Should we consider our actions before we act? What are the consequences? Who will I affect? Will they be good for me and the greater good? You should ask yourselves these questions with every decision, so that you learn to consider not only yourselves, but also the greater good.
Sometimes, you need to look inwards. Think about yourselves. Be selfish, as you often say. But there’s nothing selfish about putting yourself first. Selfishness is when you prioritise your own needs at the expense of others, or when you cause harm to others. That is selfishness.
If you prioritise yourself without stepping on or harming anyone else, that’s called self-love. You are also fulfilling what God the Father/Mother taught: ‘Love yourself above all else.’ No, I haven’t misquoted the phrase. The phrase has changed. The one I just said is the true phrase. Learn to think for yourself and question what you have learnt. There is much to learn. There is much to question.
This week, I have a slightly different challenge for you. Your task is to write down every cliché or set phrase that you use repeatedly in your daily life. For now, just make a note of them. Clichés, proverbs — whatever you call them — are things you repeat on autopilot without realising what you’re saying.
Take note. You will soon see the consequences of all this. Take note. Understand that everything has been manipulated. Everything has been altered to keep you at your current vibration level. You go up and down like a seesaw. And why? Because you still allow yourselves to be swayed by minor actions, thoughts, and gestures that lower your vibrations.
So, let’s learn not to let that happen. When you feel like using those stock phrases, stop — but write them down instead. Don’t say them out loud. Speak words of light, power, and love. These are the words that raise your vibrations and keep them high. No drop-off. Believe me.
It is often not external factors that lower your vibrations, but rather your words, thoughts, and actions. Be present and mindful in every moment so that the seesaw effect doesn’t occur. This will enable you to climb up, even if only a little, every day. It’s a climb where, if you put your foot or hand in the wrong place, you slip. How far? It will depend on the extent of your inattention.
Take firm steps. Climb steadily. You’ll see the difference it makes to your life.
For today’s exercise, I suggest the following: If you can, buy a pink rose. If not, just find a picture of a pink rose. Keep it close by at all times. Look at it whenever you want. If you can keep the rose alive, that would be wonderful.
Keep a pink rose near your workspace at all times. Everyone will admire it. If you can’t do that, make sure you have one that you can look at. What’s the purpose? It radiates love to you, lots of love, so you grow stronger every day and always know how to follow the path of light.
