Dear sons and daughters of planet Earth! I AM SANANDA!

I bring my heart full of Love to all of you who are here right now. 

In today’s world, you need focus, faith, perseverance and an increasingly pure heart. Don’t get caught up in the world outside. Try to fill your time with honest work, with the chores of everyday life, with your children, with your family; but always seeking balance. Never get too caught up in anything. There’s no point in embracing everything and forgetting about the world outside. It will always be there. You just need to find the balance, the right moment, the right amount for each task. 

Keep your hearts enlightened, full of Love and Light. This is enough to keep negative feelings and energies at bay. Believe me, they don’t come closer to enlightened hearts. You often feel that something is attacking you and wonder why. You were doing so well, and suddenly you start having strange thoughts. It’s not always negative energies. 

It’s often the ego, which is tired of being left out and decides to show up; it decides to put some doubts in your mind. Whether it’s one or the other, don’t give in. Breathe deeply, fill your heart with Light and move on. Forget those thoughts. And they’ll stay there, in limbo. They will bring you nothing.

You have to pay attention all the time. In this dimension in which you live, walking only in the Light is almost impossible. Because there will always be someone around who will bring a story, a problem, a word, an action that will throw you off balance. So what can you do? Isolate yourself from the world? No. 

That’s exactly the test: to get through that moment and pull yourself together. Not dwell on it. ‘Ah, but I got carried away. Ah the vibration went down. Ah, but I got involved.’ It’s no use. You did all that, but now it’s time to get up; it’s time to rebalance and move on. Dwelling on this or that won’t do any good. 

This is the path. With every fall, get up stronger. Be smarter with things that come from outside, as you say. Try to avoid them as much as possible. ‘Ah, but then I won’t have anyone around me any more, because I’ll have cut myself off from everyone.’ Yes, I’m sorry to tell you that this is very likely. 

There will come a time when your Light will be so great that nothing else will come close. Not that physically people will be far away, they’ll be right next to you, but you won’t see them. It’s as if they become invisible to you. Because you’ll be vibrating at a different frequency, and those people will rarely reach the frequency you’re at. Many will pass you by and you won’t see them. And they will certainly complain, but you won’t hear it, you won’t feel anything, because the frequencies are starting to change.

So I say to you: Fall down and get up. Don’t be afraid to fall. The great lesson is to get up stronger and smarter. And carry on with life. Life doesn’t stop because you’re on the path of evolution. You carry on working, you carry on in public transport, you carry on with the people around you. But it’s up to you to arm yourself with more and more Light, to ward off all the influence of your surroundings; and to live in the moments. 

There will still be many moments when you fall, when you get out of balance, when you can’t stand everything they do to you. All right, you’re still human and you always will be. Have your moment of explosion, of anger. And from there, get up, even stronger. Take in more Light. And become bigger, bigger than all that. This is the great wisdom. 

It’s not about dwelling on what’s happened. It’s not about thinking about what you did or didn’t do. The path goes on. So follow it as Light. Rise up and be Light. How much have you lost? It will depend on your imbalance, but it’s as we’ve said: evolution is ups and downs. Will you make it? Maybe yes, maybe no. But you are evolving, you are learning. It’s not because you have doubts about whether or not you’ll make it that you’ll stop halfway. No, keep going. Keep falling and getting up. And every time you do, you’ll become more competent to deal with your surroundings. 

Yeah it’s not easy, my sons and daughters. But if you have the determination, the will, you can do it. Move forward. Forget what is behind you. Forget sorrows, anger, pain, hatred. Forget all that. Become lighter. Because all this weighs a lot and makes it difficult to walk. 

Then let go, let it all go. ‘I can’t forget who hurt me’ Why? Who are you punishing by not forgetting? You’re punishing yourself by nurturing this feeling. The other person shouldn’t even remember you anymore and you’re hurting yourself for a feeling that will lead to nothing. Forgive. Forgive and move on, forget about it. Forget who was right or wrong, that’s ego. Continue on your way. 

My sons and daughters, fall down and get up. Don’t stay on the ground crying. This is a time for learning. It doesn’t have a formula, it’s not the same for everyone and it never will be. Everyone is travelling a path inherent to their own soul. So be grateful that you are living in this moment. And to have a chance to evolve. 

Will you succeed or not? Don’t worry about it. Follow your journey of evolution. Why? Because it’s good for the soul, it’s good for you. Being Light is marvellous. So try to be Light. And you’ll see how, little by little, all these little things in this world will become so small, so meaningless, that you’ll only want to follow the Light.

Today’s message is as follows:

I create my path. 

My path leads me to the Light. 

My path brings me evolution.’
