Dear sons and daughters of planet Earth! I AM SANANDA!

I’ve sensed many anxious hearts, and others that are joyful. It’s a very complex mix of feelings and insights. Everything we’ve said so far is already happening. You need to use your discernment to decide who and what to believe.

The beginning process is proving to be quite interesting. Some truths will come to light. Truths—not enlightening, but sad truths. I just want to put your minds at ease a little—the whole truth won’t be told by humans.

This planet’s entire history will come to light. But not through TV shows, movies, or news programs made by you. There must be credibility, and there shouldn’t be room for dispute, so that truth can truly be spread and believed. 

Many hearts are filled with fear, many are confused, but these are feelings we knew we would have to face. So I say to each one of you who calls yourselves a “Lightworker”: The time has come. The time has come for you to help your brothers and sisters on this journey. And no, it’s not by having long conversations, explaining what is still inexplicable to them.

It’s simply about being there, offering support, and answering a few questions. But don’t try, under any circumstances, to tell them everything you know or explain the whole story, because it’s long and they won’t believe it. All you have to do is show them that you’re someone they can trust. Because no lies will ever come out of your mouth. 

You are Light! Isn’t that how you see yourself? As a Lightworker? Then be Light. The Light does not indoctrinate; the Light does not conquer; the Light brings the truth. And the truth brings calm, confidence, and certainty to the heart. Nothing more. It doesn’t impose, it doesn’t promise, it doesn’t solve anything. She just is! And those who connect with her can feel it.

So, the big moment has arrived—the moment when structures are shaken, when knowledge is shaken, when truths are shaken. The truth, or what they’ve forced upon all of you? Rejoice in your hearts. Didn’t you want the movement to begin? Well, here it is. And it will only grow more intense.

More and more and more appearances will take place. And more and more and more lies will also surface. Be careful about what you’re accessing. Many will deliberately try to instill fear. Don’t forget, there aren’t just a few of them here on the planet; there are many. And they operate at strategic locations.

So we continue to say to each of you: Seek the truth for yourselves. Seek the truth in every detail, in every news story, in every video, in every statement. Fear nothing. Everyone around the globe is Light. Don’t believe otherwise. They’re all coordinated by me—in every action, in every appearance.

I started this whole process, so I know how far it will go. Now it’s up to each of you to remain honest, true to yourselves, and on the right path. Never forget that you are on a journey toward your own evolution. Don’t forget that. Don’t lose focus.

Many people are getting distracted by all this “confusion” and forgetting that they have a journey to make—one that must never be forgotten. We must keep going. We must move forward. Be ready for whatever will come.

For this week’s challenge, here’s what I suggest. Each of you will spend five minutes in the Divine Presence every day. To anyone who responds to me on this point and still doesn’t know how to connect to it, I’ll just say this: Seek, and you will find.

And why is it a challenge? Because most of you just log in—and that’s it.  So the challenge is to remain in the Inner Temple for 5 minutes, aligned with the Divine Presence, without thinking about anything. Total silence. Silence in the mind.
