Dear sons and daughters of planet Earth! I AM SANANDA!

Your hearts might be a little concerned about what happens out there. But remember: it is out there. At the moment, each one is where he needs to be to go through what he needs to go through.

Do not fear the external. Even those who perhaps might be living in the areas of conflict never forget that it was a soul’s choice to be there. And that you remained there, even knowing about all the dangers. 

Imbalances in the world are constant because a lot of energy is being brought to the surface, exactly to be treated and eliminated. There is a lot of pain in this world; a lot of suffering. And many of those energies are ancient, very ancient. And some are buried, and many souls still feel imprisoned. 

All points of the planet are being cleansed. Many souls are freeing themselves. That is necessary, because no one will be able to stay behind. Everyone will have a fate. Even those who, today, do not walk under the Light will also have a fate. No one will stay behind.

So, each of you must be aware and certain that one or more Light Beings are looking after you. This is not the moment for despair. The journey is still long. If you despair now, you burn energies that will be necessary later on.

You haven’t seen anything yet. You still must live through a lot. And the feelings that will arise from all those experiences will be decisive for each one’s journey, as they will reveal whether you are ready or not. Do not forget that the tests have hardly started. There are still many challenges ahead. 

But that does not mean that each of you will go through all of them. Indeed, you might go through them indirectly by becoming aware and being a human being. Yet, you will need to prove that Love will have to prevail in any situation. This is the great teaching: each of you must emanate Love to any situation, even if it affects you deeply and cruelly.

So, always be vigilant of your own feelings. Do not face the challenges we are passing on lightly and as a big joke. They need to be faced deeply and with consciousness. Otherwise, you are not going through them.

We will bring a lot of help, as we have been bringing several simple treatments, which, however, bring results. Use all of them. And we will always continue bringing a lot. Be ready for the lessons that will come.

The treatment I bring today is very simple. You must have a measuring cup so that you may measure 100 milliliters. And every time, every moment, a low vibration thought occurs to you, whatever it might be, you will drink that quantity of water.

And then many ask us: “But what is that? How is that going to help me?” I am with each of you all the time. And when you grab that quantity of water to drink, I am right there, next to you, helping you transmute what you have just thought.

Do you understand that everything we do has a purpose? We are not here joking. When we say we are bringing help that is what we are doing. Therefore, know how to take advantage of what you are receiving.
