Dear sons and daughters of planet Earth! I AM SANANDA!

As always, each time I can come here, my heart fills with joy, and I emanate all that joy to each one listening to me now.

My sons and daughters, we have been very incisive in our messages lately. However, today I will bring a different message to each one who is really willing to raise their vibration.

Each human being receives vital energy from the planet, the air they breathe, and the Divine Spark inside them. You are not physical bodies with souls. You are souls who, now, at the moment, are covered by a physical body. 

Many have learned to love themselves. They have learned to look at themselves with respect and joy; but many have not. I can even say the great majority look at themselves in the mirror and complain about what they see. Based on what? Based on concepts always created with some evil intention behind them?

Your bodies are your mirror. If you take care of yourselves, feed correctly, and keep moving, your body will respond not with perfection, but with balance. The perfection you seek does not exist. You are different from each other, with minor exceptions. What is the standard model? What is the perfect model?

Do not seek a form or model that will certainly not suit your body because your body is unique. Even identical twins have their own bodies. Therefore, why would you base your body on someone else’s body? You will never be like them because your body is yours. 

So, be grateful for the body you have. Be grateful for having two walking legs and two working arms, arms that can work out; a body that allows you to walk, see, speak, feel, and see, because many do not have all that, and those who do not have it cannot dream about that perfect body, because most of times there will be no solution for their problem. 

However, you are not perfect. You complain about what you have; but more importantly, you complain about what you have but do not take care of it. You do not feed properly; you do not work out; you do not walk; you do not breathe in Nature; you do not bathe in Gaia’s waters; you just complain about a supposed idea of a perfect model that does not exist. 

And then we can talk about the other part: your soul. It is there, in you. Remember: you are a soul covered by a physical body. Therefore, the one who is there is you; it is your soul. You are together. If you stopped to listen to your soul, I assure you, you would not have committed the acts, thoughts, and words you have, because your soul knows right from wrong. 

You have learned from many other lives, but you do not listen. You have thoughts, intuitions, and warnings, and shrug. You do not want to listen. Why? Because you feed the ego. The ego comes from your physical mind, and it always fights against your soul. At some time, your soul chose to have a will of its own, free will. It was entirely connected to the Source, in a high vibration, in a perfect world. However, it chose to have free will. That fed the ego in the human mind, the feelings, and, as time went on, the ego gained strength. The soul has evolved, but the ego remains there, strong and vigorous. 

So, you think about yourself and not the All in everything you do. All your actions are to please you and not to please the All. Everything you say is to please what you think, no matter if it will hurt others. Everything you do is perfect because it is what you believe in; it does not matter if it is not, and others do not see it that way. 

All that is ego, and a very big ego that does not accept opinions, other rules, and wisdom from those who have already walked the path you are on, but who have raised themselves a lot. Why? Because they started to listen to the soul and ignore the ego completely.

So, my sons and daughters, the evolution journey mainly consists of the lessening of the ego. It will not end completely because it is also necessary to keep you alive and alert against everything: things in your world; but do not let the ego act on your choices, your journey, your words, your thoughts, and your actions. 

Really be the evolved soul you are seeking. You are doing so many things. So, accept to evolve; accept to change; accept to follow the path your soul is showing you, not the one you think is the right one, because your ego is talking there. 

Then, many ask us: “But can we listen to the soul? How do I know it is my soul speaking?” And we are going to explain, because that is we, once again, not just me. If you penetrate your heart, your spiritual heart, you will never, ever listen to your mind because it does not penetrate there. 

Your mind is in this dimension, and your spiritual heart is in the Fifth Dimension. So your mind does not get there. Therefore, everything you see and feel inside your spiritual heart, in what you call the Inner Temple, will never be the mind talking. Believe that. But another question comes up: “How do I get to my spiritual heart?”

Interesting…You can daydream; you imagine places and moments, fantasize situations, and surrender to them so much that you almost feel they are reality. However, you cannot imagine the spiritual heart, a place inside you, which already exists. You do not need to create it. It already exists; it is inside there.

So, if you say: “Oh! I imagine I am in my spiritual heart.” With that thought, your soul will take you to it, and you will continue in your “imagination”, knowing that place. And it does not matter what comes to mind. However, you must observe what it looks like. What came to your mind. 

It might not yet be a beautiful place because you need to tidy it up and clean it. And how do you do it? By going there several times each day, each moment, connecting with your Divine Presence, which, in this case, is your soul.

Do not try to enter into details. Do not wish to understand everything in physicality because it will not work. All this is very ethereal. You cannot bring it into your physicality. Your temples are often very beautiful places, too beautiful to be real. But they do not exist because of that? They do. And if you saw them that way, it is because they are like that.

So, my sons and daughters, be in your Inner Temples, aligned with the Divine Presence, which is in the Fifth Dimension, and listen, feel, and see what it has to offer. Listen to the Divine Presence. Do not let yourselves be led by the ego. Do not be so selfish that you only think about yourselves: “What I do has to be good only for me.” No! What you do must be good for you and for the All because you are part of this planet and everyone is on it. 

So, my sons and daughters, know how to raise your vibrations. Going into the Inner Temple and connecting with the Divine Presence raises your vibration at any moment, any time. Sleep in your Inner Temple. Connect, go there, and sleep. I assure you that you will wake up with lots of ideas and solutions. And, more importantly, with a lot of Love, because the Divine Presence is pure Unconditional Love. It never judges you.

So, know how to follow the path. Suppress the ego; let it exist only for your survival and alert state, never, ever, for you to make any decision.
